hello i am going to be fair and honest i want all those who are curious to know that this food is outstanding and the service is good it is because of the 2 aforementioned qualities that i expand on the needs improvement asap there is a man who possibly owns this place with an accent Italian i think and i could be wrong however i asked for something that i assumed would not be a problem especially since this same man made it for me 2 previous visits i asked for a Stromboli? chicken and beef. he yelled at me that he was not going to do it and the rest was inaudible. i served my country so that he could enjoy the freedom to sell great food and make a living making people happy and satisfied i felt as though i was being asked to never return he did not imply this as i stated i only asked if i could have this made to go i informed the cashier that i had this 2x prior that's when i was berated and made to feel that i was not supposed to be in his store any longer my wife asked what did i do wrong he yelled some more in audible gibberish. i wont ever go back i am a believer in supporting small businesses as this is what made us great in commerce and for the most part i wont be able to get that type of food with that quality but my family dealt with being in a country of separate but equal and i wont patronize anyone who treats me or anyone as such i am retired law enforcement officer and think that this is typical of the level of respect for some places north of Virginia. thanks for your service and time an i have -placed a copy on the boston patrolmen;s union site for worst customer service given by those whom we trust i am also placing on the do not eat site for my contacts at bank of America wells fargo and...
Read moreOrdered a dinner and the young girl running the register and answering the phone forgot the salad which I didn’t discover until reaching home, upon calling and informing her that the salad was missing she told me straight away that she won’t issue a credit but rather my only choice was to drive all the way back to pick it up which was ridiculous to let my dinner get cold to do that, I asked her to instead reconsider and issue me a credit she then hung up on me I called back and she said she purposely hung up on me because she already told me she wouldn’t give me a credit I told her how unprofessional that was and she hung up on me again I promptly called back and asked to speak with the manager and get this, is everyone ready to hear this joke. She actually informed me she was the manager, I told her I will be returning the whole meal and getting my money back for the way she handled things and she actually excepted that as a resolution to not wanting to give me a credit, so over a lousy 2 dollar at the most credit for a salad she was willing to lose a 20.00 sale and she calls herself a manager, I guess she got her managerial skills from a online crash course because that’s customer service and money management at its worst, well the owner decided to get on the phone after getting ready to lose a 20.00 sale over 2.00 dollars and decided to give me the credit and made excuses up for his lousy young girl mangers customer service skills, well after that experience left a bad taste in my mouth I didn’t care about the credit and haven’t been back since and use to frequent there at least once a week. Big mistake letting a young idiot of a manager make decisions that negatively impact...
Read moreI ordered a pizza and boneless buffalo wings. First, the crust was thinner than normal and it was burnt. You could tell they used less ingredients so it could get done quicker since they were getting ready to close in a half hour from when I ordered which was at 8:30 on a Friday although their website says they closed at 10pm. Theres a girl, (not the owner) who answers the phone and will surely put you in your place about how the store hours and menu items are not valid on their website “ because its an old website “ so don’t bother making any references to it because she clearly has no problem confronting customers on that. Getting back to the the pizza though, it was so burnt that it took a lot of force to pull it back after biting into it. They use such a faint amount of tomato sauce and cheese that you do not feel like your eating pizza. You barely can taste it because its barely on there. Its a hit or miss with this place anymore and its a shame because they have a lot of loyal customers. I do not appreciate buying a pizza and getting something that very closely resembles a cardboard UPS box with a faint amount of marinara sauce on it. Im going to give Amores Pizza a try the next time I want pizza because frankly, the pizza and telephone service here is starting to suck more times...
