Not welcoming in at all, and rushing us to order. Did not give me time to ask for all I wanted, when ordering she would move to the next station before I could complete say what I want. When checking out she only rung me up for my bowl without even asking if I wanted anything else, I wanted a drink and ice cream mochi, but I was already run out before I could say something. Did not say “Have a good day” or anything just wanted away from the ordering station. My friend also had a bad experience, as she was not asked if she wanted anything else when she was rung out either. Excellent, fresh poke in Rehoboth! Honestly, we did not know what to expect due to the mixed reviews of Poke Bros, but we were not disappointed. The fish and toppings were fresh and plentiful and we did not feel rushed through the line. Interestingly, Poke Bros offers sushi rice as a base in addition to white or brown rice. As someone who regularly eats Poke, I don’t often see this distinction. The restaurant was clean and there were many tables for seating. I’ve been here 4 times. I really like the food and all the flavors. But there’s one thing I cannot tolerate. I tolerated it 3 times but not today. Employees here never wear gloves and I always ask them to put them on nicely. Immediately they give me a dirty look and start speaking their own language that I do not understand. This is very unprofessional and I would appreciate management taking care of it. If it wasn’t for this, I would definitely come here a lot more often, but the anti-sanitary aspect makes me not want to eat here.
