I recently dined at Salina's Mexican restaurant and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The food was very disappointing; our appetizer arrived so quickly that we barely had time to take a bite before our main courses were served. The shrimp tacos were overly spicy, while the steak fajitas in my opinion wasn’t steak more like roast beef strips that were sitting on a steam table lacked flavor and were accompanied by undercooked peppers with no seasoning and a noticeable absence of cheese. Additionally, the restaurant's bright lighting detracted from the dining atmosphere. The service could have been improved with more attentive and knowledgeable staff. I really like their Spicy Margaritas and Fiesta Burritos (1 beef and 1 chicken), but I always ask for red sauce instead of the cheese sauce because... that is just the way I like my burritos. They always accommodate me, and it is always delicious.
There are several vegetarian options on the menu to choose from too.

When I had mentioned that he brung out the wrong quesadilla, the server did not even try to correct the order, even though he rang in the wrong thing. My chicken burrito was supposed to have cheese dip and it was instead queso which is much thicker. We also got queso as the appetizer and it was absolutely disgusting! Tasted right out of a can with a chemical taste. Had a bad aftertaste even the chips tasted like they were fried...
