I typically go to this Burger King because of it's location. I had a HORRIBLE experience which I think everyone should know about. I was in the drive thru waiting for my food. When I looked inside of Burger King, I noticed a man was cleaning under his FINGERNAILS WITH A FRY BOX IN FRONT OF THE FRY STATION AND OIL. When my food was brought to me at the window, I expressed to the employee that I just witnessed another worker cleaning under his fingernails. Before myself and that employee were finished talking, the man who was cleaning under his fingernails with the fry box approached the window. The man was THE ASSISTANT MANAGER ANTONIO. I expressed to him that I watched him with the fry box and he responded by saying and I quote "I threw the fry box away." I expressed that it was not sanitary as he works in the food industry. Again he repeated to me that he threw the fry box away and he SLAMMED the drive thru window closed on me. I sat there for a minute then I drove home. I called the corporate number to file a complaint. As of now, I still have not heard back from anyone. I did call this morning as it happened on Saturday. I spoke with the store manager, Mari (Madi), this morning who blew off the situation. She said she saw my complaint in the system and that she talked to him about it. Also, there are cameras there and I did let them know they should take a look at them to see how unprofessional and rude Antonio' s actions were that day. I will NOT go to this burger king anymore as long as those two managers are working there because this is not something that should be taken lightly and that is the approach they have taken at this point. I needed to share my experience as this is an establishment that should have HIGH standards on being clean and sanitary. BEWARE AND ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. If I could I would...
Read moreI recently visited this Burger King location for the first time prior to a job interview. Arriving early, I hoped to observe the environment, evaluate the customer service, and try the food to see if it might be a suitable workplace. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon entering, I was ignored for an extended period, with employees glancing at me but failing to acknowledge my presence or communicate that they would assist me shortly. This lack of engagement made me feel unwelcome.
When the cashier eventually took my order, her demeanor was unprofessional; she mumbled and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. I ordered the "3 for $7" combo, which included a chicken sandwich, French fries, and a drink.
The food quality was extremely poor. The chicken sandwich tasted stale, as if it had been left out for several days. The lettuce was wilted and comprised poor-quality cuts. Disheartened, I sampled the French fries, but my appetite had already diminished.
With only 15 minutes left before my interview, I discarded my meal and decided to cancel the interview due to the negative impression. Later, my significant other confirmed my experience, recounting a similarly unpleasant visit where her food was substandard.
Based on this experience, I can not recommend this location. The poor food quality, lack of customer service, and overall atmosphere were disappointing. For anyone seeking quality fast food, I suggest choosing a different Burger...
Read moreI truly feel treated like a KING 👑 every time I go to Burger KING in Marshallton DE. They did screw me once by putting almost nothing in the ice cream cup I odered. I was very upset and wanted to sue.
Ever since then, I've only ordered cones 🍦 (a more environmentaly friendly option as you can eat the container) and the men there would fill it very high. Much higher than any of the other establishments I've been to.
They really know what I like and I feel so special. 🥰 They don't know how much I appreciate that.
Today someone asked if my name is really Egg (it is) and they said I come there a lot. (I didn't think I've been there that many times 🤔). Sadly I am moving and this might be one of the last times I visit this particular establishment. I wish I told them. 😢 Maybe I'll come back and visit them 40 years from now, assuming the same people will still be working there. I'm sure...
