My mother in law and I have frequented this location for the last time today...We came in on our lunch break with only 1 other table sitting, about 20 mins later a few more came in, when our waitress finally came to greet us we were ready to order..2 chicken sandwiches an ice tea and a coke...50 mins later and 2x of asking,our food finally arrives..both were completly wrong, the chix deluxe wrap had just chix and extra extra mayo no lettuce, tomato, bacon etc and the other chicken was supposed to be plain and came out with what seemed to be the whole bottle of Honey mustard. Between the dressing and the grease the roll was a soggy mess and was quickly inedible. We brought it to the waitress attention, she was very nice and reread us our order of which she DID take correctly , apologized and said she would bring it to her managers attention, she then told us to go see her manager to pay. The manager didnt even aplogize and made it seem like we were just looking to get money off our bill...not the case. When my mother in law brought to her attention how the food was and the wait time etc. She said well i took off $2.00!? SERIOUSLY? That didnt even pay for the ice tea! I was dumb founded. I have been in the service industry for years and it honestly wasn't about the money at all, i couldn't believe she couldnt apologize and atleast try to make it right. She acted like she couldnt be bothered, well we will not be back, something ALWAYS goes wrong here but with it being so close to work and home we still try to give it a shot. Not after today, anymore would just be our fault...i do feel bad for the wait staff im sure this hurts their tips ... i usually never right bad reviews i understand things happen, but after being treated the way we did...
Read moreLong time customer 1st time complaint, I have been eating season's pizza probably more then 15 years now and after my last experience will not go back. After an hour of waiting for my order and calling in and finding out they hadn't even started making it yet I gave them about 30 more minutes because I understand people are busy and businesses are short staffed when I call back in 30 minutes later I was asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I did not escalate it to this point their employees did.. Manager refused to get on the phone with me and I could hear him yell in the background tell him his food will be there in 7 minutes. No offer to get on the phone no apologies no concern for the customer at all. I decided to ask the delivery guy what was going on and he told me my food has been sitting on the counter for a while the manager has not said anything to us about it. So almost a entire 2 hour experience just waiting for some food. after a long day of work to have to deal with frustrations and then finally get my food and it's cold. I didn't even have the energy to call in to complain and who was I even going to complain to the manager wasn't gonna get on the phone anyway.. Would recommend using one of the other numerous pizza places that are in the area of Maryland ave there's tons of them that would love...
Read moreThe most awful place ever . The management is so rude . I had a problem with my order that was delivered. Ordered chili nachos and they never sent the chili when I called to let them know the lady that answered the phone said they already realized it and the chili was already on it's way. 40 minutes later I called back and they said it was with the driver I advised them I no longer wanted them since the lettuce made the nachos soggy. The young man that answered the phone kept putting me on hold to talk to his manger (she refused to get in the phone her self...)they wanted to give me store credit ..and when I told them no I wanted my money back for the nachos. The rep said we will get a driver there sometime.....I was not going to wait another hour or 2 ..when I asked the rep why can't the driver who is already on his way to me as they said just pay me since he is on his way to my house why can't he call the driver and tell him ..the rep said huhh .. really ......I blame poor management ...Diane was the manger on duty...I spent over 60 dollars and am a customer..I would never treat my guest this way.....sesons needs to get training for this store before they lose all there customers I will never order from...
