Subway — Restaurant in Delhi Township

I’m still in shock over our visit this evening. Myself, two clients that I work for, and their service dog entered the restaurant and they asked what the dog was doing in there. I do not think I can accurately capture how rude they were to us. I pointed out that the dog had a bright red service dog vest and that he had his papers and they did not want to serve us. I told them they were in violation of federal law and that I would be following up with the corporate office. I tried to call the customer service line at the corporate office and their system is down. It suggested via prompts to contact them online which I will after this review. There were apparent cultural and language barriers with the workers (owner’s?) and us, and it’s sad that the corporate office doesn’t require sensitivity or cultural competence training for their franchise owners. Until they become sensitive to this community and it’s people, they do not deserve your money to pay their bills. Thanks...

When you go to this location it's 50/50 what type of service you're going to get. Half the time things go great. But when something doesn't go exactly right and you have a problem with your order, expect a hassle. I've not only seen this for myself today but multiple times in the past with others. If you have any questions or concerns the employees cannot help you. They will not take their time to work out differences or correct mistakes. Instead they will try to force you out of the building as quickly as possible.

Also they have a very unsettling character who sits in there establishment, wonders around the premise, stocks there shelf's, and has even been seen running their registers. When this man is asked directly if he is an employee he becomes defensive/aggressive denying employment.

Very poor service. At approximately 8:00 pm We n 6/21/18, I ordered a sandwich with tomatoes and black olives via a friend A note was handed to her with this and she informed me that the toppings were put back in the refrigerator and we're not available. When I called later and asked why the toppings were not available she informed me that my hand written note did not have the funds tems on it. I was hung up on twice after asking for the managers' name. She did provide me with the person's name. A simple apology would have sufficed last night or an apology from the manager this morning but received neither. Apparently customer service is...
