I called ahead to verify how long the wait was going to be. I spoke with a gentleman who asked me how far away i lived i told him about 10 minutes he let me know the wait would be 10 - 15 minutes if i came right away. I went in he asked to see my nails i showed him and let him know i only needed a fill in and fresh gel mood polish he told me ok. So i sat excitedly waiting for about 15 minutes. Another young lady walks in we exchange smiles and i go back to reading a article. I've been waiting 25 minutes rightfully so they were a little busy. The lady that walked in after me was seen before me and i was there first and she was getting shelliac. I became very upset because i was waiting patiently. I didnt cause a scene i sat there and counted until i could calm down. Once i did another tech 10 minutes later walks up to me and ask me to sit in a booth i decline and i let her know i was leaving. Read moreThis used to be my grandma and I’s favorite Chinese place. We went on Saturday June 22nd to try their new buffet and let’s just say we were extremely disappointed. We had come close to finishing eating and I had got some green beans off the buffet. I had ate a few and then realized that there was a BUG stuck to one of my green beans. Not just a tiny bug, it was a dime-sized roach. I didn’t want to make a huge deal out of it but I did bring it to the servers attention. I could tell she was very nervous and she didn’t make us pay for our meals. We did however stick around for a little bit to see if they would then take the contaminated green beans off the buffet, which they did not. I get very anxious in situations like these so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. However looking back now, I should have because that is absolutely not okay. Read moreLet me say this. First, the egg rolls we had were good. Other than that, I have nothing positive to say. When I walked in, the place was dated and dirty. One of the cooks was sleeping standing up. Literally. The other cook was working and didn't even bother to look up although I was in view of both of them. Third, the guy that helped me finally... The same guy that Walked by me 3 times before doing so simply walked up to me and said, "Yes?"... And then just looked at me. I mean where has customer service gone? If it was ever there, it got it's egg rolls to go and hasn't been back since. And I'll be doing the exact same thing. I would have given them one star only because I feel like customer service comes first. Without it, the rest of the experience is all downhill.
