Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Delhi Township

Just walked out of the Delhi store. When I entered the hostess was great. Very nice. I sat by the counter. The counter had 4 employees eating. I've worked in the industry, I understand eating when you get the chance. One young lady turned from her food, saw me, took a bite and got up. Went over and brought me a bowl of crackers. Without washing her hands. Huge turnoff. It was no longer Skyline time. Makes me wonder what other food safety needs are being neglected where customers can't see. Really wanted my Skyline fix.

Update: Joe Lambrinides contacted me from the store. Very nice gentleman. Sent me some gift cards. I used them past night at the drive thru. I ordered a 4 way, bean mix burrito, kids 3 way, and two chili cheese sandwiches. I asked for the burrito and chili sammy's with extreme cheese. It was extreme. Seems like it wasn't mixed with the mild cheddar like normal. The cheese on these items was all white. Also in my bag I was given 2 napkins and 2 forks. Along with one bag of crackers. Seems the staff in the evenings just isn't very detail oriented. I can't remember 2 bad experiences with Skyline my entire life now I've had two from...

Food was great, Cheyenne our server seem to be having a not so happy evening till we showed up and brightened up her evening. Apparently she had a drink accident. But she was great very attentive. Cashing out was the typical asked how it was said was good. My wife prefers G. 🌟 but I don't. So i got to pick dinner and here we went....

Now... Leaving was a whole nother story. We were stuck in the parking lot over by the drive thru side for 28 minutes waiting on the patron who decided to Park like a blind person and had us blocked in with there car cahse they were parked way over the line.

So when the fella came out I was very pleasant to him. Now mind you this is not my style and I will usually go back into a place of business and make a speticle of the issue. But I decided since we had a pleasant dinner and no major plans I would wait it out. All the old fella could say is... The parking lot sucks its hard to manuever and oops my bad for not noticing.... I told him to have a good evening and be more conscientious of his parking next time.

I'm not from Cincinnati. Skyline baffles me.

Before I moved here my boyfriend insisted that spaghetti topped with Cincinnati style chili and cheddar (also called a three way) is the best thing. I personally have yet to order it as my west coast soul fears it.

I do love a cheese coney though. And chili cheese fries. Those are both dope.

This location is nice and I like coming to sit down if I'm not going to order 5 cheese coneys and eat them shamefully at home in my pajamas. Which I also recommend.

I still don't fully understand Skyline but. I he specialty of chili and cheese is one I respect. Even if you put it on pasta....
