Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delran Township

I used to love this dunkin, the counter workers were nice but idk.. I always get the same coffee everyday.. 6 pumps caramel might be a small difference but that's what I like. They started not giving me what I paid and asked for instead putting sugar or putting less in. I always have to go back in and ask them to fix it. I explained I also worked at dunkin and I know that people should get there coffee they way they would like. I'm not trying to be mean or offencive, I would just like the coffee I like and pay for it like everyone one else. I really wish they would just make my coffee right because that's what I go there for. I spend almost 50$ every week there for food and coffee and I shouldn't be undercut because they want to save money or what ever it is. This is my personal opinion. If you just like regular coffee you should be fine but if you like your coffee a certain way I would go to another dunkin that would be more willing to give you what you ask for. Other then that food is cooked and good no other problems besides that. Dunkin I hope you see this so we can all understand that we just want our coffee the way we like it. I even offered to pay extra for the extra pumps but I'm tired of feeling like you don't care so I will take my business...

I go to Dunkin Donuts sometimes for coffee and sometimes a donut. I have been to several of them and each one is different - meaning their attitude, the way they talk to you - Customer Service. To me it is all about the service and attitude you give a customer(s). Some stores rank better than others and others are terrible. I like the stores in Delran and Lumberton. Their coffee is good.

Went to Dunkin Donut in Delran to get coffee and snacking bacon. I gave the person at the window money for the order and a dollar tip. I told him to keep the change from the order and put the dollar in the tip cup I told him this several times. He puts the change in the tip cup and the dollar in the money drawer.
