McDonald's — Restaurant in Delran Township

I would like acknowledge the manager of the Delran location for her kindness and hard work. I've lived in Delran for 16 years and this woman has worked at this location for quite some time throughout the past few years (I've never been able to catch her name- usually red dyed hair, pulled back- in her 30's-40's). I became familiar with her during my pregnancy with my daughter in 2023, at which time I was a frequenter at McDonald's for milkshakes & I now continue to stop in for milkshakes for my older children. She is a great leader, as a lot of the employees are younger. Orders are always fulfilled and ready when I've used the app & I've always gotten through the drive-thru in a timely manner even when it has been busy. She has remade our order without asking if it sat for too long and melted (most wouldn't take the time to do that). I'm always happy to see her there & I truly hope that someone see's this and she gets the recognition and reward she deserves for...

If I could give them no stars I would!! I NEVER give establishments low ratings without them totally deserving it! We went thru the drive thru on the way to a friend's house to join them for our regular shooting target practice. They messed up our order. I got a regular Pepsi instead of a diet, they only gave us 1 hashbrown even though we paid for 2, the 2 Mcmuffins we paid for were burnt really badly-- like blackened, the steak egg & cheese bagel my hubby ordered came out to be a sausage egg & cheese bagel, we got no napkins, no straws for our drinks, etc.. They acted like they had never worked in a McDonald's before in their life. What started as a great morning & us being excited for a really fun day got dampened by a bunch of incompetents. We would've gone back and gotten our $$ back, however we had an hour and a half drive ahead of us. My recommendation is to skip this McDonalds and go to another one or pick another fast food joint to pick...

I stopped to pick up supper, about 2 months ago. Teenagers busy talking and in their own world, it took me 25 minutes to get out. August: I chose to go thru the drive thru for a glass of non-sweet tea. I was given sweet tea. When they replaced it was given to me with out ice. I heard the girl at the drive up say, there is no ice. The girl behind the counter said if she wants to be picky just give it to her. I got a large non-sweet tea, no ice, and it's hot out. September: stopped to get a frappe. Half full, rest was filled with whip cream. Just now: stopped thru drive thru for a quarter pounder, hamburger, fries. I live only 1/4 th mile away. Quarter pounder was cold, fries were barely warm, don't know about the hamburger, dog ate it. Even though this McDonald's is so close I recommend driving the 4 miles to another McDonald's. I've asked to speak to a manager but they say he is to busy. Convenience...
