Update on my below post:
While my dissatisfaction stands, I do appreciate that the restaurant is acknowledging the issues in their procedures and lack of communication with the customer. After calling the store to talk to the assistant manager (which I had requested earlier for him to call and who did not after 3 hours), I was able to discuss the delivery issue. The general manager reached out to acknowledge the fault and apologize for the late (and cold) pizza.
Due to this, I have raised my review to a 2-star, because we are trying to work together to resolve the issue. If the promise made is kept, then I will probably raise this to a 3 because it does show that the company is aware of its flaws and will work with you and acknowledge when it is in the wrong.
I sincerely wish I could offer something lower than a 1-star review. My company purchased eight pizzas for a surprise party for a colleague and friend. We ordered, and paid, for the pizzas a day in advance, and set a specific arrival time (12:15pm). The Pizza Tracker notified us that it was out for delivery at 12:07 pm. Which was fine, a little close to delivery time but we'd left a ten-minute buffer just in case. At 12:25 we call the store to find out where the pizza is and what the ETA was - this way we could postpone the party if necessary. Not only were we put on hold immediately, when we tried to call back after 15 minutes of no answer, the line was busy.
We would have greatly appreciated a phone call to notify us that our pizza would be late - this way we could have pushed back the time a bit to accommodate. This is what we expected from a PROFESSIONAL company, which this Dominos store is clearly not. Instead, we received cold pizza an hour late. When the driver was asked to connect us with the store manager, not only did he not know the manager's name, but he received a busy signal as well. When asked why the pizza was an hour late (since it arrived at 1:05 pm), we were told simply that they were "busy". Which means that if the Pizza Tracker was to be trusted, our pizzas were riding around town for an hour.

My company placed an order for eight pizzas for a surprise farewell party. This order was placed a day in advance, and set to arrive at 12:15. The Pizza Tracker notified us that the pizza was en route around 12:07, which is not ideal but fine as the festivities were set to start at 12:30. Not only did the Pizza NOT arrive at the proper time, but when we tried to call the store we were promptly placed on hold for around 30 minutes. When we tried to call back, we kept getting a busy signal.
When the pizza finally arrived, AN HOUR LATER (13:05), we were given no explanation WHY the pizza was LATE, or WHY we were NOT NOTIFIED that they were running late. The driver could not even tell us who his manager was.
Thanks to the brilliant bundling of this store's delivery, the party was COMPLETELY RUINED.

I tipped with my debit card and I had cash to tip to provide upon arrival but he called me cheap so I kept the tip and the dollar he placed on top of my food. I called the store and they did not care, did not follow up with me, and when I spoke to "Sta" he tried to offer me a free pizza and told me "the manager Antonio will reach out to you" which never happened.
