Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delray Beach

The girls are always friendly and always fast service but.... what do I have to do to get any bagel other then plain or sesame as the same excuse is used every time I go. ‘Sorry sir we ran out’. Come on people making enough bagels for everyone isn’t that hard to do. This store is across from my house on linton. Now I’m going to have to goto Atlantic Avenue for my weekend coffee and meal as they always seem to be stocked up. 2 corrections on other bad reviews.. it’s important to get the location correct before submitting your review as this is people’s jobs possibly on the line. The review about mockery and drive thru problems... wrong location. This dunkin has no drive thru and the girls are great. Review number 2 about a problem getting extra cream cheese and having a problem as they are rude.. I get extra cream cheese every time I go with no issue and always greeted with a smile. The manager I will agree is not a bundle of joy but she always gets the order right. Please make a bigger variety of bagels...

This location has gone down in the dump!! Poorly staffed, and the staff they do have are DEPLORABLE!! Rosa, and her male coworker misshandled my ordered, made the wrong sandwich, and when I questioned it, she simply denied it, and said that I order what they made. So I said, "does that mean you are right and I am wrong?" She blew me off and continued with the next order. I have allergies and there are certain foods I cannot eat, so I refused to eat what she made, and told her she needed to make the correct sandwich. She sneared and begrudgingly told her coworker to make it, then grabbed the wrong sandwich and angrily hurled it across the room. I will NOT be coming back to...

Clean, good, fast service. Just be careful pulling in and out of this parking lot. It's in no way DD's responsibility as there are numerous other stores in that Centre however, it's a narrow lot with traffic "flying" into the lot from Military Trail. So please don't speed through the lot (the people and cars you save may just be your own!). Patience and courtesy get anyone so much further than cursing and leaning on a car horn.
