Wild Celery — Restaurant in Delray Beach

The menu is well put together. What stood out for me and caused me to track this shop down were they key ingredients. I've been to other South Florida smoothie shops were they actually use white sugar to sweeten what is suppose to be a nutritious drink. Here they use ingredients I use at home: spiralina, dulse, and have smoothies designed to tackle urgent health needs like liver detox and thyroid.

Here's what I wasn't a gan off: The prices are others have mentioned are very high. I do believe this business is wellness focused, based on the books and literature I saw there but why does someone need to be rich in America to have good health? It's conflicting and sad and I believe that's the anger you see in other reviewers of this business.

Along those lines, when it came time for me to pay, the Wild Celery employee told me to "just tap your card here" never showing me the itemized charge screen which shows me the break down of my charges and the default tip setting. I had to insist upon seeing the charge screen before tapping my credit card to pay. If you pay far above the average smoothie price for quality ingredients there shouldn't be added pressure of tipping - that is unless you want to. I think that's what the tip jar sitting on their counter should be used for - all tips, rather than impressing upon people once you have their credit card.

Ending on a high note, the shop is clean and both of the employees were attentive, kind and efficient in getting orders out. There were a few people waiting in queue for their orders and not a single person seemed stressed about it. They're clearly building...

Highly recommend the 3 Day Cleanse!!

I had tried a number of items here over a couple of visits that were all fresh, delicious, healthy and such good value.

I was looking for a cleanse and I decided to do their 3 day cleanse. As I love Medical Medium - have all his books, so I knew a cleanse inspired by the Medical Medium would be exactly what my body needed and I already knew the food and juices they create are exceptional.

I’ve done a number of cleanses before, but this one was the best ever with fresh juices and smoothies provided daily. All absolutely yummy! So filling as well. I wasn’t hungry.

The energy in the wild celery is beautiful. Everyone so kind and caring. The juices here are so delicious and I can also highly recommend the avocado on toast and salads. It’s been a highlight having the Wild Celery on the doorstep of where I’ve been staying.

The two is for the smoothie. The service gets no stars. From the moment my cousin and I walked in we felt ignored. The supposed owner busied herself with the regulars she was serving instead of greeting her new patrons (I wonder why one becomes a regular... maybe it's good service). One of the servers was kind enough to recommend a smoothie which we bought 2 for $32. Personally I didn't think it was worth it but I understand paying for premium ingredients and premium service. We stepped outside to the outdoor seating and chatted as we watched other customers (some new, some not) being greeted and provided the utmost service. Unbeknownst to us our drinks were ready ... and had been sitting on the counter. Neither server nor owner thought to tell us. Nor where we thanked for our patronage or tip as we got our drinks. Nor did we receive a goodbye like the other patrons did. I don't like making assumptions but this one was kind of...
