Instant Gratification! There’s nothing worse than hearing it will take 3 months to get your new dining table, sofa, end tables, server etc! NOT at OUTSIDE THE BOX. This store has a very large selection of furniture available for delivery asap! We recently moved from our country club community inland to our beach cottage in Delray. I purchased 11 pieces of furniture ranging from a large dining table to a sofa and two swivel/rocking chairs (with slipcovers!) it is important to mention that I did this in parts. Not all at once. Sara, the owner is humble, kind, not pushy and accommodating—When I shop at other stores, the vultures are coming at me, following me, asking me tons of questions and just annoying me to no end. I’m a very easy going and quick shopper. I know what I want immediately however those other stores drive me out real fast! OUTSIDE THE BOX is different. From price point (which I feel is very very good) to giving you the space you need, they have something for everyone. Rude rude rude. Response to owners comment… the manager didnt ask he yelled, and kids were not jumping on furniture. They sat on a chair. Manager then yelled and said kids cannot be on the furniture at all,…so you want me to buy without testing it out? Which I am glad we did because it was horrible. This store is obnoxious and incredibly rude. When we tried to leave and said we will just leave he continued to follow us out and argue. Manager was belligerent, rude, obnoxious, I would expect more from a store that, and this was from the manager, boasting their “quality furniture was worth 1000s and 1000s of dollars”. Well it’s not good quality. “Manager” should have been more professional. If you want quality or customer care don’t go here, your manager could have and should have handled things much better. We have looked at so many furniture stores, and it is generally tedious and unpleasant. That is not the case at Outside the Box! From the moment we entered the store, we felt comfortable, not to mention, impressed with the selection and the service. Our sales person, Linda, was very approachable and friendly, with no high-pressure sales tactics. The delivery crew, Brandon and Dominic, were also very friendly and professional. The furniture was covered and padded, and was delivered in a timely fashion. I would compare this store to Marie Antoinette’s, but much nicer. And, it’s one of the few stores in which the furniture looks even better in store as compared to photos posted on social media (which is also fabulous). I’ll...
