Didn’t even get my order. First second the young woman answered the phone last night who was meant to close for the night was extremely rude just nasty. If you know me then you know I’m the most respectful and patient customer just because I know what employees go through on a daily basis when it comes to rude customers. I made a mistake and wanted to change one item on my order only a few seconds after placing and she was extremely rude and showed that she was upset about it, it was to the point where I wanted to say just forget it sweetheart but I continued placing the order anyways since my kiddos were excited for some pizza. I received a call at 8:29 pm which I missed and I assumed was to inform me that the food was ready upon calling back within 1 min at 8:30 the young woman answered and advised that they were now closed and Hung up the phone on me before I could get a word out. Keep in mind that I was under the light literally a few feet from the plaza for papa’s. Soon as she noticed my vehicle approaching she sped away to the back after I got out the car I didn’t even attempt to knock at that point after noticing she had locked the door and it was in-fact locked. Got in my car to drive away and she comes back out “getting rid” of what looks to be like my order. Sometimes an employees attitude completely ruins the appetite and the day of customers. It truly sucks what has come to be “customer service” in todays time. I like to avoid conflict and confrontation at all cost because sometimes it doesn’t have to go that far and no one wants to be a Karen to an employee after a hard day of work but that employee was absolutely terrible. Read moreI can't say enough good things about my recent visit to my neighborhood Papa John's. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their genuine friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable.
Now, let's talk about the pizza – it was simply amazing. I ordered my favorite, the classic pepperoni, and it exceeded all expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside. The sauce had just the right amount of tanginess, and the cheese was gooey and delicious. The pepperoni had a nice kick of spice, which added a wonderful flavor dimension to each bite. And last but not least the garlic sauce, “forget about it!”. It's safe to say that this was one of the best pizzas I've ever had.
What truly sets this Papa John's apart, though, is the impeccable service. The staff members were attentive and eager to assist with any questions or requests. They seemed genuinely invested in making sure every customer had a fantastic experience.

When the order was delivered we received the correct pizza, but we received 3 dozen hot wings which were actually labeled as Buffalo. I called to explain their error and was told that they didn’t have mild as an option. I said we should have been told that when we placed the order. The employee then listed all their sauce choices. I said she could make things right by delivering 2 dozen of my choice from the option she listed. She put me on hold. When she returned she told me she could not do as I requested. I told her that was unbelievable. She the told me I ordered wrong. I should have asked what the sauce options were and then placed the order. She took no responsibility for taking an order that couldn’t be filled according to what I asked. It seems to me this is as easy as when I go somewhere and order a Coke and they ask is Pepsi ok because they serve Pepsi. So disappointing that a proactive approach wasn’t taken.
