Arby's — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

#1 drive-thru cashier had a happy and friendly voice! Spoke American English so you could understand her! Thank you #2 repeated my order to make sure they got it right! #3 was greeted at window by a happy smiling face! (Doesn't happen too much anymore) thank you (Vanessa) #4 all team members and managers that I could see had clean uniforms that fit and their hair was tied back! #5 when got home food was still warm and was neatly bagged! #6 the Arby's roast beef sandwiches had the correct amount of beef on them and the 2 curly fries had been filled full! #7 A supply of napkins had also been put in the bag! I used to work at this Arby's, and I was shocked at the absolutely atrocious customer service I received at the drive thru today. My dad was rudely lectured at the window when he forgot one thing on a big order, and then they forgot three of our sandwiches, and when we were thankfully double checking their work, the same rude woman opened the window and aggressively said, "Is everything all right?" in a super sarcastic tone. When my dad politely told her there were three sandwiches missing, she had no apology and practically threw the sandwiches out the window to him with another sarcastic "Have a nice day." I ordered some Arby's through Uber Eats. I know there are certain things that just aren't a good idea to order thru delivery, such as fries, sandwiches, and burgers. Basically, things can become stale or soggy, and I should have trusted my gut. I ordered a few things recently and thought it was just okay. Not terrible, not amazing, either. Wagyu Burger Combo with Curly Fries, Brisket Sandwich. My food came to me an hour and a half later, so take this review with a grain of salt, I guess.
