BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

I'm not one to make bad reviews and I believe in giving second chances, especially in customer service. This place however has gotten 3rd, 5th, even 10th chances with me because it's the closest and only convenient location since the one in town Grand Ledge closed. I stopped getting food here long ago because it was wrong 90% of the time but yet I was getting charged for items that would be missing. This establishment is way too expensive for anything extra to be charged and not receive in your order. Multiple times they'll get the right drink made but in a iced instead of frozen or hot. One time they did do something nice and try to give my girlfriend and I the wrong drink for free ontop of our correct order. When we said that we have ours the lady gave alot of attitude saying that, "it was on the order, so it's yours..." like she was annoyed that we were the ones who are responsible for it being in her way. I'm done... I will not step foot in there again and I would rather drive all the way across Lansing than to be overcharged for another...

I cannot believe the roller coaster of emotion that I experienced! I wanted a Shamrock Shake but of course the shake machine was "down" at McDonald's. I decided to go next door to Arby's but they were closed for renovations. I'd all but given up on my minty shake dream when Biggby appeared! Imagine my excitement when I found the Mint Chip Cream Freeze on the menu! My happiness turned to shock and confusion when I heard my total -- over $7 for a medium drink?? Talk about highway robbery! I couldn't stop now, though. I promptly received my order and eagerly took my first sip. WHERE'S the FLAVOR?! Where was the minty, creamy, chocolatey delight that I was looking for? It certainly wasn't here. My only hope now is that this review saves someone else from making the same mistake that I made. Me and my daughter were in there on 11-13-22 orders 2 drinks and a hot chocolate after waiting for about 15-20 for drinks my daughter grabbed the handle on one of the cabinets and the door fell off . Cashier seen it laughed and said it was ok she would fix it in a few minutes . While waiting for drinks still the cashier asked a girl to cover her to go to the bathroom the girl come over and trying to be quiet she was talking about oh my god how did they really knock the door off …. I let it go , after the girl covers her she called over another cashier and said to her omg look they knocked the cabinet door off like how do you do that . Keep in mind the cabinet must have been broke already . Just thought that was very rude to sit there and keep talking about I will not visit this locate ever again as I don’t feel welcomed as...
