I had the absolute WORST experience here that I’ve ever had this morning and wish I could leave no stars. After this review I will be emailing and calling corporate. My family frequents this location often as it’s literally a few minutes from our home. Besides occasional long waits I’ve always had a good experience with staff here. Today my son and I pulled in at the drive thru and after a moment the lady inside stated she would get to me shortly as they weren’t open yet and she had someone at her window. I looked at my phone and it was 5:58. I didn’t realize they opened at 6, I assumed they were open when I seen the car at the window when I pulled up. I told the lady “that’s okay, I’ll just pull aside to look at the menu”. I pulled ahead to a parking spot to look at the app and noticed another employee arriving for her shift, we looked at each other when she parked next to my car. When it was 6 I got back in the drive thru. The same lady asked what I wanted, I told her 2 avocado toast. She stated it would be a few minutes, I told her that was okay. Then she asked if I wanted anything else, I stated snackin bacon..at that point I heard the biggest sigh from her. Then when she asked if I wanted anything else I told her “you sound irritated, I no longer need anything” she stated how she just opened and had nothing ready. I said “it’s okay, have a good day”, as I pulled away I heard a rude “okay” I parked my car and went inside. At first it appeared the lady (someone I’ve never seen before) looked like she was crying, I asked her if she was having a bad day. I wanted to give her a chance knowing we all have bad days and maybe she had something going on in her life that was effecting her work performance. When she looked up I noticed she was in fact not crying like I thought. She then proceeded to tell me the whole story about the person at the window coming early before they were open and demanding fast service cause she was in a hurry to hit the freeway. I said “but that wasn’t me, I told you it was okay and I pulled ahead to look at the menu. And if you weren’t prepared and not open you should not have waited on that person.” She continued to complain about her not being prepared and about the lady at the drive thru, her rant continued and was just not proper especially in front of a customer. I told her she was very rude and how sighing when taking my order was not good customer service and very unacceptable. She said “why did you come in here? Did you want your food?” I said “no but now I want your name” she said “why” I asked again what her name was and she said “what does it matter?” I said “so you’re really not going to tell me your name?” She then said her name was Erika/Erica. I said thank you and said “you were very rude today Erika/Erica”. I then walked out the door. As I was getting into my car she came running out screaming “and my manager’s name is Kirsten if you want that too!!!”. My teenage son waiting in the car witnessed that interaction.
After we left we drove the extra couple miles to visit the DeWitt location. My first time there as the West Saginaw location was where we usually went. By far the best service ever and FULLY staffed. I will be leaving an excellent review for them...
Read moreProblem #1 - was allowed to sub out a sandwich for one of the meal deals one day and then the next day magically it’s ‘something they don’t do’ Problem #2 - multiple days of going in to get a meal just for it to be missing egg, or bacon or something else. As well as getting frozen coffees instead of iced coffees multiple times. Little to no attention to detail from employees Problem #3 and my final straw - they wouldn’t break my change. Had a $100 bill and was refused service because they “didn’t think they had change”. Never bothered to open the drawer to look, never bothered to get a manager to ask if we could try and break it, never tried to secure my business.
Other problems - multiple days of coming in to get food/coffee and being told “we don’t have that, our delivery truck never arrived”. No, y’all were too slow to order your supplies in time.
As well as overall terrible attitudes. When you walk in you can tell none of them want to be there.

At least through the drive thru you only have to deal with one person and you actually receive your order. The two times I've gone inside have been super frustrating. The first time I waited at least 15- 20 minutes before anyone a spoke to me to see if I been helped, management at the time ended up giving me a free donut for the inconvenience. The second time I walked in same thing happened but the workers all just stared waiting for some else to do the work, no one greets or acknowledges you. I waited and then someone from the back came up front with a vape in hand super unprofessional. she was on the register and very rudely told another customer she was busy. After paying for my food I waited another 10 minutes and ended up getting someone attention to refund my order so I could leave. Over all there could be 5-6 people working and you still get very crappy service and attitude that isn't...
