Dunkin' — Restaurant in Deltona

DIABETICS BEWARE!

This is a fairly new location, so I waited a while to leave a review, but at this point the service is the service. This is one of those locations that makes EVERY SINGLE PERSON wait at the speaker until the order ahead is completed - they do this to "lower" their DT times I'm sure, but it obviously causes unnecessary lines in an already garbage parking lot (Dunkin and McDs both need to be held accountable for the state of that lot).

The bacon is better at this location than others, but my standing order of a medium berry burst drink is somehow ALWAYS wrong. Either I get shorted on liquid in a drink I paid literally over $5 for (pictured), or they replace the SPARKLING WATER in the drink with FULL SUGAR STARRY. It's incredibly irresponsible and flat-out stupid to replace water with soda. Diabetics exist, but it seems the children running the place never thought about that.

I live about 5 minutes south of this location, but after being given soda in my water drink 3 separate times, I'll pass it and go to the one on...

This place hasn’t been open long, but EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there, our order is wrong. We order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich? They don’t add bacon. I always get the avacodo toast with bacon and more than half the times, they don’t add any bacon! They don’t forget to charge us for it though. Today we ordered an avacodo toast with bacon and 2 sausage egg and cheese pancake wraps and went home. They forgot my bacon on my toast, again, and it was burnt. Whatever. But then my boyfriend was eating his pancake wrap and there was a straw wrapper cooked into the eggs! So we called and they said they would remake our order, so we drove all the way back. My boyfriend went in and got the food and came back out, and no bacon again!! Then he went make in and the worker was rude and then put like 1/3 of one piece of bacon on the toast and was super rude about it and was like “that’s just how I make it.” That’s not how it’s supposed to be. Like an almost 2 dollar up...

Terrible service, cashier had no clue how to take an order. Literally only a few people inside and still manage to take 20 min to serve me a toasted bagel and 1/2 dozen doughnuts. Oh and when I asked how much longer for my bagel to be ready they replied with do you have your receipt? Cause I don't have your order on my screen" and some how the cashier still had taken my payment and gave me no receipt. Never coming back again, rather drive to the howland location even tho is farther from me. They all look overwhelmed and making a fuzz about peoples order, trash talking about costumers orders taken on the drive thru. Like they are doing costumers a favor, and the food is free. (By the way my bagel was not the one I order) I ate it cause I just been at LabCorp doing blood work for 4 hours for my pregnancy and fasting. Literally shaking while waiting 20 min for a bagel. Horrible...
