McDonald's — Restaurant in Deltona

Really enjoying this location. What a huge improvement over the old Bank of America building that was vacant for years. Now there is a nice McDonald’s beautifully landscaped that makes at least this side of the intersection more attractive. We ordered now the second time at this location on the phone app. It took a little while longer this Friday over last Friday but there was a huge line in the drive through. When this restaurant first opened it was great. We came several time a week and brought the grandkids every Friday after school. They don’t even want to come anymore.

We have stopped coming to this location except when we are right in the area. Our last three orders have been totally messed up or missing items. It really seams people here just stopped caring about the restaurant and the community.

I used to enjoy McDonald's meals. Now they are priced with a real sit down restaurant. Drive thru today at 4:20 pm was very disturbing. The drive thru today after ordering it said $23.06. that was 3 double cheeseburgers, 1 small fry, 1 large fry, 2 chocolate shakes. The price before taxes was $21.94. But now we are ready to pay with correct change in hand, the cashier says it's $24.00 total. When we question the new amount she said "oh we are rounding it up to the $ now. We said no it's only $23.06. She insisted on the $24. We paid the $23.06. Looked up on the internet and you tell the Cashier if you want to round up to donate to Ronald's House Charity. They don't tell you. It's your decision not theirs. When we had questioned her about it she didn't understand why it automatically rounded up and why. Employees and Managers are uneducated. My husband called that McDonald's to let them know about the confusion she kept saying the price we paid and nothing about the round up charity amount. She acted dumb. She was supposed to be...

I agree with other reviews. This place need more staff and serious training . I come here cuz it’s closer to home but they always mess up your order. If you have special request , they don’t know how to modify your order. They prepare food so unappetizing , drinks are messed up too. If you go inside, it’s worse . Staff is so focused on the drive thru that they neglect the people inside. There were like 15 of us waiting to place an order and finally, there was a lady who asked for the manager and all she could do is apologized. And even after she started taking orders, she was so distracted of the people coming inside due to wrong orders , uber eat pick up, so as expected , more wait . I think we were there for more than half an hour . I’m sure some of those people waited longer .This place is very chaotic . Don’t come here if you are in a rush or wanna have a good day . Because they will sure ruin someone’s day. This place needs major training...
