Soooo, let me just say, we are hungry. We have been waiting for an hour and a half and that dirty table is the only table that has been here. They arrived after us by the way. The waiter came and took our order about thirty minutes ago. Then when we inquired, we discovered he hadn’t turned the order in because he was confused, so my sister took everyone’s order again and then gave it to him so he could understand. I believe our orders might be getting made right now. It’s yet to be seen. I asked the “manager” Daniel, who is actually just a shift lead, why it was taking so long and he literally told me that they normally require a days notice for a group our size. We are a group of 17. This is Pizza Hut people and there has only been ONE table since we arrived
Update: 45 minutes later. Some food has come. Maybe less that half. It’s starting to get fun now. So much mystery.
Final update: Just finished two and a half hours after arriving. (I didn’t mention earlier that we had called them and let them know that our group of 17 was coming in). Half of the food came. We all shared so no one went hungry. Spoke to “manager” Daniel, he defended their position stating they are a low volume store and can’t be expected to accommodate the number of people in our party without a days notice. I mentioned that there is nothing posted anywhere to indicate that policy to be fact. He did not even try to defend that policy again. He then laid the entire blame on my sister who had tried to help the waiter clear up the confusion on the orders. He refused to take any responsibility for the atrocious service we received. The one good thing he did was make the, now aggressive waiter, stand back and let him handle it. I would like to mention our same group had Sunday lunch at this same Pizza Hut last week. The waitress was a lovely young woman who took our orders and delivered our food without complication.
In conclusion, if you are a manager or shift lead as Daniels name tag read, you should own your mistakes, don’t defend them. People screw up but if they own it and learn from it then as far as I’m concerned it’s okay. I don’t think the staff today learned anything other than how to...
Read moreI put in an online order for a pizza and the computer told me it would be ready in fifteen minutes. I arrived at the time when it would be ready. The manager was on the phone with a customer who had not paid when picking up pizzas and ignored the customers in the store. The one group that was sitting at a table finally walked out when they didn't even get drinks. I ended up standing there for 30 minutes waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be done when I got there. I get things get busy, but then you need to let people know on the computer so we aren't wasting out time. Beyond that, the manager had no idea where the pizza was or how long it would be before it was done. He just stayed on the phone instead of dealing with those of us who were lined up in the store. I have always preferred Pizza Hut over Dominos or Little Caesars, but after this experience I will not be going back to the...
Read moreThese guys were a legit sit down and be served restaurant which was so nice after all the carryout only places. It was really clean in there. The food came out absolutely delicious 🤤 and you could tell the cook really wanted people to be happy with their pizzas. 🍕 The guy serving us was named James and somebody ought to give him a high paid job at a very fancy restaurant STAT because he was a five star server! Being a waiter or waitress is not as easy of a job as it looks and this guy was highly professional and respectful treating his job serving at Pizza Hut as though it were a Michelin star restaurant and I 💯respect that! We will definitely be back. We love pizza hut and especially when we can sit down, relax, enjoy our meal in a clean and quiet environment, and just chill. ❤️❤️ This...
