Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Deming

Skip this one and go next door.... Well, as it turns out, this nicely dressed fast food joint always seems devoid of customers when we pass through, which is often. Anyway the last time I went there I ordered the chickrn sandwich advertised at $4.99 with a few other items and then the bill seemed rather high to me. I noticed that they charged over six dollar for the sandwich instead. I decided to ignore it as a mistake. This time I went through the drive through again, ordering two of the same $4.99 sandwiches and a large soda. How did the bill arrive at over seventeen dollars. This time we asked and was given some lame excuse that we ordered the Golden BBQ Chicken, but we confronted her and said that their order board said that that sandwich was $4.99... but noooooo...they were charging over 6 dollars instead. We drove off, never going back... it sure feels scammy to me. Or perhaps they should look at their own board. TaTaa.. we went next door the KFC INSTEAD. better value...

I ordered takeout of 2 chicken tender dinners, one with mash potatoes and gravy, a cold slaw and a biscut. The other with red beans and rice, cold slaw and a biscut. I asked for Ranch dipping sauce for both meals. We also paid for 2 drinks. The ordered cost $29.18 which I paid for with cash.

When we got home, missing from the order was 2 cold slaws $5.98 and the dipping sauce.

Everything in the order was excellent. The chicken tenders were really good as was the beans and rice and the mash potatoes and gravy. The biscuts were excellent too.

The line of cars for the drive thru was long and the parking lot was full. It is amazing that we were only missing some in our order and all the items we received were excellent.

We will continue to frequent, Popeyes in Deming. We are sure when it isn't opening day and a little practice, the employees will have it all together. We will be...

My 73 year old mom went to this location this afternoon and she order 3 combos for her and her siblings …. they gave her a completely wrong order and over charged her so she went back and politely told them her order was wrong

The worker which she did not get her name …but it was a young lady who told my mom “ you didn’t even know what you wanted”

My mom didn’t want to argue and just asked her for a refund well this lady THROWS the money to my mom. My mom is an elder and she has never been a confrontational person so she just told the lady to have a blessed day and she took her money somewhere else

This location always takes FOREVER to give you your food and it will be the wrong order.

If you are traveling or living in Deming I don’t know recommend this Popeyes ! They have the worst customer service and food is always cold regardless if they have you waiting for 20...
