Wendy's — Restaurant in Deming

Many orders with missing stuff. Today (Father's Day), I specifically asked if they had tomatoes, they said yes. I order 3 baconators and to ADD EXTRA TOMATOES to each baconator. The monitor shows Xtra tomatoes, the receipt shows it (card machine is broke, can only pay with cash) so I figure it must be crystal clear to the workers that we want tomatoes on those baconators. Get home and dad has no tomatoes on his burgers, he was looking forward to those. This tomato situation has happened about 4-5 times over the past month or two. Someone there really doesn't want to add TOMATOES on baconators. Of course they are glad to steal our money though. On a previous day, they tell us to pull up front while they finish the order. We get home and dad's burger is missing. Either the manager and/or owner has some scheme of skimming/stealing little bits of money off everyone's order, or the manager or some workers shouldn't be working in fast food. TWICE in the past, I order Wendy's online and they give you the option on the website to add extra tomatoes to the baconator. The order is automated and printed out neatly and organized for the workers, figured it would be really simple for everyone. Apparently someone is too challenged even for that, or maybe some worker never learned what a tomato is... We called the manager in the past about missing tomatoes, so he (or the owner) is not training the workers properly. To be fair, the burgers and orders are good on certain days - probably when a different work crew is working. A different day they actually ran out of tomatoes, so nothing wrong there except they charged us for it. But most of the time, something turns out wrong. Might contact the Wendy's franchise to...

I will never visit this establishment again. We placed our order and drove up to the first window to pay. The young lady there read our order back to us and it was correct. We paid over $25 for the food. At that time, the gentleman who identified himself as the manager attempted to give us a salad, which we did not order, before we even paid. We told him it was probably the car ahead of us that it belonged to. We repeated the order for the second time. Pulled up to the second window and the same guy asked us if we had a spicy chicken sandwich. Again, we repeated the order. A few moments later, we were handed three bags, each with a sandwich and fries in them. He gave us drinks, which were incorrect sizes. Two were large and one was medium. After repeating the order three times, we assumed it would be right so we went home. No straws for the drinks btw. After getting home, there were two burgers and a chicken sandwich. I called about it and the best he could tell me was sorry and to come back to get the right food. I live out of town and was too angry to bother wasting more time, gas and money to go back. This isn't the first time this establishment has jacked up the order or the change and gave us cold food but it will be the last. Overall, don't waste your time or money when there are plenty of other options to choose from...

Service was was absolutely outstanding. Young Man was very polite and Wednesday 4-5 pm 8/26/20 we had three orders inside to go. He deserves 5 stars. The three are the restaurant and not because the inside wasn't open. Totally understand the reason for that. The food we eat at Wendy's often when home in Florida and on the road. Here it just didn't taste good. Someone may ask why didn't you go back inside and complain. Look we didn't spend a whole lot. My point is that it tasted poorly. I ordered a cheese burger deluxe but it was cold and soggy. Especially the bun. Just gross. I just spent the past thirty minutes complaining about wanting something decent. I hadn't eaten all day. My husband was already upset that I had not eaten yet. I am recovering from Cancer treatments. So I ate because another argument was not going to make me happy either. In the car or the restaurant. Then my husband says I hope you enjoyed that it was awful he had 4 for 4 Ugh I said yeah not one of the best we've had for sure. Still have another 800 Miles in the car not worth arguing more lol Just wanted to let management know maybe they should try eating their own food every so often.
