I gave a 1 star because it would not allow me to give zero stars. Stop on Friday, September 13th, @ 8:15pm. Ordered thru drive through. The girl that was at the window was very rude. I had ordered the drink to have very little ice. The drink was full of ice. I asked if she could please take it back & replace it with very little ice. She stated she would not & that the drink already had light ice but that the ice was big. I then asked her to please replace it with no ice @ which time she said no she would not & that if I wanted it changed I would have to drive around & do it myself. I asked to speak to the manager . An unprofessional man came to the window & also stated that the cup was light ice but was full of ice because the ice was big. So I asked him to please replace it with no ice . He finally rudely agreed & said we had to move forward and wait. He finally came & brought out a cup full of ice. Stating he wanted the first cup back, which was no problem. I told him that he had not done no ice. He stated that if I didn’t like it then I could leave. Before drinking from the cup I opened it. Good thing I did because it looked like someone had spit in it. You could see what looked like spit on the very top of the drink. I could be wrong & maybe someone did not spit in it, but that’s what it looked like to me. My family & I will definitely not be patronizing this KFC again. People please beware of this KFC location. Very...
Read moreKFC is hard to come by in rural NM, but I happened to be in Deming (50 miles from home) where the KFC sign shines like a beacon for weary travelers and extra crunchy chicken addicts alike. As I got closer to the store my palms got sweaty and my heartbeat quickened. This is really happening! My husband was at home waiting for my arrival with my treasure. He keeps calling me asking me if I got it yet, which only heightens my anticipation. I turn the corner and there it is...I draw in a deep breath as I park and go inside. I examine the menu like I have never had chicken before. I order much more than two people can eat, but hey, leftovers. I get in the car and get back on the road. I call my husband and tell him I have it and will be home in an hour. As I pull into my drive, my dogs jump into my car wanting that delicious smelling chicken. My husband and I relish the meal like it was Thanksgiving dinner...the dogs even had some. It was SO worth the trip! Everything was still hot. The chicken was extra crispy and so juicy. The sides were perfect. AND we have plenty...
Read moreMy husband ordered on the order machine at the KFC in Deming, NM at about 2:15 today. He was not comfortable submitting his email address so didn't get a reciept. He ordered 2 three piece tender dinners both with coldslaw, french fries, biscuits and drinks. He order separate a smal,l mash potato and gravy. He paid $36.41.
When we got home, what was given in the bag, was 1 box with 3 chicken tenders, 2 coldslaws, 1 biscuit, 1 french fries and 2 drinks. In the bag was the small mash potato with gravy..
What was missing was 3 chicken tenders, 1 french fries, and 1 biscuit. One order of the chicken tender dinner was left out; however, we did get the 1 coldslaw that went with the forgotten dinner.
This doesn't add up to be $36.41. We live far out of town and were too tired to return it. We are elderly people but do not deserved to be zipped off in this fashion.
We won't be returning to the Deming, NM KFC and warn everyone to check their order before leaving. Thank You. Thomas and...
