McDonald's — Restaurant in Denham Springs

O where do I start I pulled up to the speaker to order at 850 and started to order a 6 piece happy meal with fries apple slices and a slushie a second 6 piece happy meal with all fries then the lady switched to the other line speaker and took their order switched back to mine and literally said I'm sorry they had pulled up first when the drive thru literally had no one at all in line until after I started my order however I went ahead and continued my order with a large double quarter with cheese meal with a dr pepper light ice and a large big Mac meal no pickle extra sauce with a slushie. I then get to the window after making sure the order was repeated correctly I paid and continued to next window grabbed food and drinks . Get all the way home go to pass out food and we were missing a large fry the fries we got were cold both the 6 piece nuggets were only 4 piece nugget and my big Mac wasnt right because it had pickles nor did it have the extra sauce . I called and got told ok what do you want me to do about it . Well for starters fix it replace it let me talk to manager or how about learning to follow an order and what customer service is... very very...

A Diet Coke and a sausage McMuffin. Two cars ahead of me in line at around 3 in the afternoon. Got my soda and was asked to pull up to wait for the McMuffin. Understandable, a breakfast item in the afternoon and I don't expect them to have it hot and waiting. I watch as eight more cars drive up get their food and leave. After waiting 15 minutes ( based on time on the receipt and the time on my cell phone's clock) I drive back to the window to be told they're having difficulty finding a 'round egg' and my sandwich should be out in 4 to 5 minutes. I hear a woman inside ( I assume the manager) yell out " we've been waiting on that sandwich for almost 10 minutes" as she walks out of the kitchen, past the window, and out into the seating area. Not for a second taking her eyes off of her cell phone screen. To be fair the man working the window was polite, understanding, and apologetic. He did his job well and I and I honestly think he was doing the best he could. I'm sure they're fine if you're ordering Happy Meal or chicken nuggets. But don't ask for anything that might not be...

This place is very disrespectful rude and I'll never come to this establishment again. First off I walk through the door and sees no one at the register but see a worker standing there in the phone listening to music and on her social media. I tried to get her attention she didn't answer, a little bit came in right behind me and screamed hey! Get off your phone you have a customer. She then proceeds to say don't holler at me, I then said these fries are old can I get more she jerked the fries out my hand. Then went to make more. Then she told the girls that were behind be to go to the kiosk because she not taking the order. I had to ask for the manager because if this is customer service I don't want anything to do with THIS place.
