It was time for me to select a dining establishment for this evening's meal. My spouse and I share an appreciation for Chick-fil-A, however, on this occasion, I opted for Wendy's. I arrived at approximately 6:00 p.m. and proceeded through the drive-thru lane. Regrettably, the individual attending to the drive-thru exhibited a discourteous demeanor and nearly allowed me to depart without expressing gratitude or well wishes. This experience stands in stark contrast to the exceptional customer service consistently provided by Chick-fil-A, which sets an industry benchmark. In comparison, Burger King and McDonald's appear to adopt a similar approach, placing minimal emphasis on service delivery by their employees.

Let's add to it since they are really enjoying these bad reviews. Tonight they're not taking orders cuz they are all out on the patio speaking loudly with profanity 20ft from 2 children under age 6. They need firing and a black mark on their resume to learn some accountability Next visit Still same managers letting staff slack off and leave customers at the speaker for 15+minutes. Need the whole staff replaced with a couple of young hardworking crew members.(same visit)10 minutes later now and they moved one customer past the speaker. Now after my 50 minutes trip to a wendys that's 2 minutes away the manager tells the staff not to take anymore orders while she takes care of something. It's 8pm and they don't close til 12. Fire that lady.

Once order was taken made me stop at the 1st window so that I wouldn't run up there time just sitting at the second window. Finally when I got to get my order handed to me it was wrong they never put no chili on the baked potato or gave any butter with sour cream and it was kinda cold, they never gave my son's chicken nuggets happy meal or drink, my daughter only wanted meat, cheese, ketchup and pickles only on her cheeseburger happy meal, my husband asked for mine and his double stackers to be larged size and they gave us mediums sizes, the root beers tasted total flat.
