Holiday Hill Ice Cream — Restaurant in Dennis

Ordering needs to be condensed- extremely confusing, 4 windows, 4 workers, no rhyme or reason for the ordering process. Lines at each window with no real order.Wait was made worse by the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes. Banana split- 3 scoops of ice cream with 2 bananas placed on top- had to ask for toppings which I got in a separate little plastic cup. We also ordered the waffle cone sundae, received regular waffle cone, again no toppings, she did give us a pitted cherry on top which again really made no sense- who uses pitted cherries on a sundae? 🤔 $20...

They don't even deserve 1 star.. I went there the other night to get a sundae the girl that got my ice cream was sooo freaken rude she said she had no hot fudge but gave me a attitude about it so I asked if she could put strawberrys on it then she made a mad face, then I asked for chocolate sprinkles and they put it in a cup and gave it to me like really I wanted a little on my ice cream not in a cup and they didn't give me the ice cream that I wanted.. I believe I was over charged, The ice cream sucked it was melting all over me I'm never going back...

When you think of Massachusetts, you think of Holiday Hill. Every few days on the Cape, my mom, my dad, and I walk or take a short drive here. We walk up to the counter, my dad gets a chocolate & vanilla swirl, my mom gets mint chocolate chip, and I either get a chocolate, mint, or black raspberry with chocolate sprinkles. Weird, I know. But we share so many memories and I will always look back and remember these times. Holiday hill makes me feel at home. The workers are so nice and generous and make the experience even better.
