The food was good, but the woman behind the counter was extremely rude. I’m not a violent person but she made me want to jump over the counter and punch her in the face. She gave me a hard time when I asked for a couple extra ketchup packets, saying “there’s already some in there” and refusing to allow me to have a couple more. Okay, fine. It’s my first time here I’m not gonna let it bother me to much. Then she told me my total and when I handed her the money she begins to start trying to dismiss me ask I’m standing there expecting my change and a receipt? She looked at me and said “have a good one” and I was thinking like...? Excuse me ? I decided to ignore her taking the remainder of my change for her tips because, again, I try to not to fight with strangers or let their bad personality affect how I treat people. (I was planning on giving her and the man working a tip when I initially walked in anyways but she just assumed and didn’t even try to hand me back my change which reallly bothered me.) so, I asked for the receipt. She says “it’s not printing. Have a good one” and begins to walk alway, saying all of this with a clear attitude, as if I sh!t in her cereal this morning. I replied with “...it’s not printing ? And there’s nothing you can do ?” She goes “nope. Bye” and that’s when I had enough of this b*tch. It’s not like I’m a 40 year old Karen giving anyone a hard time, all I asked for was some ketchup and my receipt at the end of it all. I’m a 22 year old leaving for the marines in 2 weeks, just getting food for my 2 friends and myself. The food was good, and ma’am, if you’re seeing this just know I held back a lot to not fight with you over your poor customer service. Stop...
Read moreOur Granny and Uncle were very excited to get pizza. We ordered one veggie and one meat lovers. When we got there my boyfriend went inside, and the woman behind the counter was very rude. She snapped at him when he said he was there to pick up, and then irritatedly looked around for our pies. They were the only ones on the top of the oven, so they were hard to miss. After snapping at him and finding the pizza she apologized saying that she's had a long day. Appreciated the apology, and I hope things get better for them. I'm sure it's difficult for them right now with the ebbs and flows of COVID-19 rules. When we got the pizza back home it was pretty messy. It was so soggy we couldn't even hold it, but it tasted good. The bottom of the crust was cooked, and so was the pizza overall so it was very odd. Almost like they put steaming hot pizza in the box, closed it and let it steam itself into sloppy oblivion. Just by the flavor alone I'm betting their pizza is normally delicious. Will order from them again to see if this was just a fluke, because...
Read moreThis food is SO disappointing that I this food doesn’t even should be served at all. The servers are very nice but the food is foul. Look at the picture with the bread, a pasta is supposed to have toasted garlic bread and we got a plain bread that they use for the subs. My pasta (the Alfredo one) had a funny smell like the cream was almost going bad. I had to season the pasta with parmesan and pepper to change the flavor. The good thing is that the pasta was al dente. My friend didn’t enjoy his pasta because it was too greasy (the veal parm one) he later on wanted to throw up because of it. You can do better than this guys. As for me, I’m not gonna go back to try expensive pasta (12 bucks) that’s...
