This food truck place is overhyped. The food taste is average. Out of all Only chicken noodles and fried rice are best. The customer service is terrible I came here like 3 times, and all 3 times I had waited more than 20+ and 30+ minutes.
I’m really disappointed ☹️ . The staff doesn’t respond properly when you ask about the food, and key tag takes forever time to ring, sometimes it feels like they forget your order.
New Update after the team response:
Dear Team at Dallaspuram Dhaba,
Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my earlier feedback. However, as a customer who has consistently experienced service delays, I would like to seek further clarification on the following key areas that directly impact customer satisfaction and business reputation:
What concrete steps are being implemented to improve customer service and staff responsiveness? There appears to be a noticeable gap in how customer queries are addressed during service. How are you ensuring staff are trained and empowered to communicate better and manage customer concerns in real-time?
What measures are being taken to reduce average order wait times? Food trucks are built on the idea of quick service and high turnover, particularly during peak hours. Waiting 30+ minutes on multiple occasions defeats the very purpose of a food truck experience. Are you optimizing your kitchen flow, technology (such as key tag systems), or staffing?
How do you perceive and prioritize your customers’ time and needs, especially when they arrive hungry and alone? A hungry customer, standing alone for half an hour without clear communication, is likely to feel neglected. At that point, they may reasonably question whether it’s more efficient and satisfying to cook at home instead. This is a critical point of reflection — are you delivering the value your customers are paying for?
Is your pricing aligned with the service experience? Your menu is priced at or above market average. In that context, how do you justify the extended wait times and inconsistent service when compared to sit-down restaurants that often provide both ambiance and attentive hospitality?
How do you plan to manage growing customer volume without compromising quality or time? If crowd size is increasing, it is a positive sign of demand — but also a signal that operations must scale accordingly. Are you investing in better systems, staffing, or pre-prep processes to handle volume effectively?
Are there plans for transparent communication during delays? Providing estimated wait times or proactive updates can greatly ease frustration. Customers appreciate honesty and clarity, especially during peak rushes.
As someone who values both good food and efficient service, I believe customer experience is about more than just taste — it's about timeliness, transparency, and thoughtful interaction. The long-term success of any food venture lies in consistently meeting not only culinary expectations but also respecting the time and trust of every individual who chooses to support you.
I look forward to hearing how you plan to address these issues...
Read moreWouldn’t recommend based on multiple visits. The food lacked flavor, freshness, and effort. A true gamble. Some dishes are Okie dokie, but others are not even close. If you’re feeling lucky, you might get an okay dish -but consistency is a major issue that needs fixing.
Calling it biryani is generous — it was curry mixed with rice, overloaded with spice and zero finesse. No depth of flavor, no biryani soul. Just chaos in a box.
The fried rice was dry and bland, and the gobi Manchurian was greasy uncooked, and had no seasoning. Not the fresh, sizzling street food experience they pretend to offer. Definitely not worth it. One of the worst Gobi Manchurian experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend it unless the kitchen seriously improves its quality and freshness.
They’re riding the wave of media attention by playing a new movie on their TV. And The tea? Tasteless. The price? Decided by face value or social media. Congratulations — it’s not just bad food, it’s personalized overcharging, and for others who follow their Insta account tea is the cherry on top? They said, “Follow us on Instagram and get free tea.”
What ruined the experience wasn’t just the bad food — it was the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional, careless, and uninterested in customer feedback. No coordination, no courtesy, and absolutely no quality control. If you’re expecting decent service, you’re in for a rude shock.
This could be so much better with a little care and consistency. We’d love to come back —...
Read moreWe spent nearly $100-$120 at this place expecting at least decent food and service, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
First of all, the quality of the food was cheap and nowhere near worth the price. We specifically requested non-spicy food since we had kids with us (aged 4 and 7), but they completely ignored that. The dosas were sprinkled with red chilli powder, and the chicken dragon was soaked in an overwhelmingly spicy chilli sauce. Our kids couldn’t eat a thing—and frankly, neither could we.
The customer service was shockingly rude and unresponsive. They didn’t seem interested in listening to any feedback or concerns. It felt like they were just rushing orders out without caring about the customer experience at all.
To add to the discomfort, the heaters were broken, there was no proper parking, and the location is right next to an unpaved road—so we had dust and sand blowing into our food while we were trying to eat. It was unhygienic and downright unpleasant.
If you’re considering this place, do yourself a favor—spend the same money at a better restaurant where you can actually enjoy your food, be treated with respect, and have a clean, comfortable environment.
Definitely not going back, and I would not recommend this...
