I have placed several order on the app and everytime it takes over 20 minutes. Today I walked up to the window and there was a sign saying "window closed do to bees." I stood there for over 5 minutes, no one even paid attention. I have sent my experience to feedback@dutchbros.com Don't think I will going back to the Denton location. I have gone to several around the Ft. Worth area and always have gotten great customer service. Denton needs to get people who want to work the walk up window or just do away with it and not allow online orders. Starbucks is faster with online order when there busy. Tried Dutch again! Big mistake! After ordering the drink I had to wait 25 minutes for the drink. People who ordered drink as I walked up got their drinks before me. When I asked to cancel, they said I had to call customer service. When I said it had been 25 minutes the girl said she just got there and I had seen her the whole time I has been standing there. It is not worth ordering a head at this place unless you wait to go pick it up. This location is run by kids who don't care are understand customer service. Read moreI just want to say how incredible the morning crew was yesterday morning (8/2/22)! I finally got to the point in the line where someone came to take my order only to realize my debit card was at home…in the pocket of my pants. I was so bummed thinking how I would not only not get my morning fix of dutch bros but have to wait in the line to the point I could even get out of the line. Needless to say when I explained all this to the sweet girl who was at my window to take my order, Emily, she sympathizes with me and took care of my order!! I seriously started crying I was so touched!! Then when I made it to the window, the sweet person working the window also got my many thanks and I started geting choked up again just thanking them for making my morning! They were so kind and sweet reassuring me how that could happen to anyone (not having your card) and to have a wonderful rest of my day. Read moreI love the coffee that I order EVERY TIME I go there. However, 9 times out of 10, it is fixed WRONG! I went this morning, and I ordered a small, when he said my total was $8.72 I questioned the size. I had to repeat myself 3 times before he heard it. It's like they hear you speaking, but they definitely don't understand or listen to what is being said! I have never been a fan of Starbucks and when my drink is made the way I order it, it's amazing. One free coffee is just not going to make up for the incompetence of the employees not LISTENING to what I'm ordering. I've been a customer since it has opened here in Denton, Texas on University. If something better can be done, however if not than I will no longer be a patron at this company any longer. I would hate to not get the coffee I have loved getting all this time.
