I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience truly deserves one. I visited around 7:55 p.m. and waited until 8:30 p.m. — over 35 minutes — for just two mango black teas. I understand delays can happen, but for such a simple order, the wait was excessive and completely unreasonable. What made it worse was the way I was treated. I asked twice about my order and was met with rudeness. One of the workers simply said, “It’s just gonna be longer,” in a dismissive and disrespectful tone — no explanation, no apology, just attitude. When I finally got the drinks, one spilled over the worker’s hand as they handed it to me (thankfully it had a lid). Still, no apology or acknowledgment — just poor service overall. Only one employee showed any courtesy, and I appreciated that, but the rest of the experience left a really bad impression. The drinks themselves were great, which is the frustrating part. I want to like this place, but the customer service absolutely needs improvement. Management really needs to address how staff are treating paying customers — especially during busy times. During a recent road trip, my kids stumbled upon Sharetea in Denton, and their enthusiastic request to stop there turned out to be one of the highlights of our journey! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a bright, clean atmosphere that instantly put us at ease.

The boba tea options are simply fantastic! My children were thrilled to choose from a wide variety of flavors, and their smiles spoke volumes as they sipped each delicious drink. The boba pearls were perfectly chewy, adding an extra layer of fun to our experience.

What truly made our visit memorable was the friendly staff. They were welcoming and happy to assist us in navigating the menu, ensuring we found exactly what we wanted. Their kindness and attentive service made us feel like regulars.

I went during the lunch hour 12:00 -1:00 PM. You can imagine it was busy. Like 10 persons deep in line busy. Only one guy behind the counter (ANDY) who took orders, made the drinks and was the cashier at the same time. HE DID GREAT considering that he was alone! This is the reason I am giving this a 5 Star Rating.

If there was a wait - everyone in line understands it is not his fault - someone else for sure, but not Andy's. Everyone can see how he was hustling behind the register and the counter.

It would have been better if there are 2 workers at least. Maybe hire another person?
