I placed an order for 2 ultimate cheeseburgers via the app. When I got to the drive thru window, the manager told me they didn't have my order. I tried to explain that I had arrived at the time I was told and had paid for it. She interrupted me and said she didn't have the order on her screen & that it could take up to 10 minutes to receive the order. I attempted to explain that it had already been over 10 minutes and tried to show her the receipt on my phone. She interrupted me again and aggressively said no and refused to look at my phone. I asked her what I should do. She said to come in & wait. So I did. But when I got inside, I was immediately put on the pay no mind list. Mind you, the restaurant was empty and there was no one in the drive thru at the time. I finally went up to the counter and waited 5 minutes before someone addressed me. The employee that finally addressed me stated that she didn't have my order. However, I did get her to look at the receipt on my phone and showed her that it was indeed placed for that restaurant and it had been almost 30 minutes. I told her that I believed they gave my order to another customer. She went to the order screen and checked the history. There it was. My order. Cleared off the screen and the food was no where to be found. I asked to speak to the manager while they now had to make my food. Was told that she was in a meeting and I responded with "no she wasnt" because I could see her at the back of the restaurant. She finally came forward but just short of the counter and the young lady that found my order explained to her, in Spanish, their mistake. Although I don't look it, I'm hispanic, so I knew what was being said. She refused to even come talk to me and apologize or explain. I wasn't going to be like one of those maniacs you see on tik tok and toss the place or even be vulgar. Not that I didn't want to. But I did at the top of my lungs look the manager in the eye and call her a liar. She just walked away. I get the restaurant industry can be tough. I worked in that industry for years, many at the management level. But no matter what, there is NO reason to not attempt to give good customer service. This manager didn't even try from the get go. She dug her heels in and she was WRONG! I don't know that I will ever give them my business again. It's a shame because Ultimate cheeseburgers are good. I'd like to say this is a one off, but I've been in management too long and can recognize a poor manager. She's terrible. And yes, I have reached out to the corporate office. I can deal with mistakes but this type of rudeness and lack of effort is a mindset. It's not that hard. You just have to try...just...

Went to restaurant to speak with store mgr. and was told by employees that they didn't have a mgr. Went back a 2nd time and same mgr. from before who threatened to call police again. Still never inquired about what my issue was. Wonder if she thought I was someone else who had an issue. Guess I'll never know. Started to blast messages to Jack In The Box folks on LinkedIn, but I'll let it go and just avoid all Jack In The Box restaurants going forward.
Got an incorrect order from Uber Eats. Called restaurant to inquire about missing items in order. Instead I got someone pretending to be a recording and then hung up in my face. I called back and same person threatened to call police. Never once did she inquire what I was calling about. Then I get several texts on my cellphone from what I assume is the same person, from their personal phone, again threatening to call police. So I drive up to the store to speak to a manager (thought it was an employee playing on the phone). Imagine my surprise when I find out it's the manager on duty and they again threaten to call the police and tell me to leave the store. I still haven't been asked what my issue was about. Thankfully Uber Eats refunded my money. First and last time using Uber Eats and doing business with this Jack in the Box. I will be returning to the store tomorrow to speak with the general manager. Read moreAbsolutely awful! I came in at 7:35am and spoke to the only person I saw in the entire restaurant and she looked at me and said nothing. I then asked her for help or did I need to use the kiosk instead, again ignored, she walked into the back closet...my thought was maybe it was a language barrier, so I looked around and said "hello" a couple of times...another woman appeared from around the corner and I asked her the same thing, she pointed at the register she was standing in front of. I began to give my order and she cut me off to answer the drive thru, I waited. We finally finished my order after this happened two more times. I stood and waited. I watched her walk around, scratch her head, open and close doors, push buttons, never wash her hands and proceed to take frozen hashbrowns out of a bag and place them in the fryer. Another woman came out and began to cook. By this time it was 7:50.. still no food and I had asked if my food was ready yet...three food couriers came in at different times and they got their deliveries, still no food. It was at 8:00 that I asked for my money back and she said "this is your food, you don't want it?" I reached for the bag and said "if this is my food, please return it, I want my money back." She snatched it away amd asked the same thing. I then just took the bag out of her hands as she attempted to snatched away, and left. I will NEVER return to this establishment. They are not clean or customer oriented. No one had clean hands, yet they continued to handle...
