McDonald's — Restaurant in Denton

So, I put my order in at the kiosk which was basically for me, my mom and dad. I don’t have issue with how fast my food comes out because if you’re busy? I get it. However, not only was huge chunk of my order missing, one of the hamburgers in there wasn’t even one I ordered. I spent 29 dollars there and I know that isn’t a whole lot of money but with how shot the economy right now is, I should be getting all the food I paid for. Not only did I wait 15 mins to even get my order fixed, but the lady fixing it was so rude to me when they didn’t even give me half my order? Which there is a sticker on the bag that says what goes in the bag. I’ve never left a bad review on anything before but I nearly cried at how awful this experience was because I waited another 15-20 mins to get my order again only for it to be incorrect again as they scam me out of hamburger that I paid for that my dad wanted. I understand working at a job you’re unhappy at, and a fast pace environment but don’t take it out on customers who just want food they’re getting for their family. Also, I’m paying money to have all my food made which isn’t hard thing to ask. If you hate your job, don’t work there because no one deserves to be treated how I was and also— if you’re going to work in an industry where you’re making food for people? You give them everything they order. No one money grows on trees because it was ridiculous how I was treated and had my order skimp out on. I wasn’t even only person waiting for food so were Uber drivers and they were ALSO...

I was here last night and the service was awful!!!! The line was from the window wrapping all the way around the store and wasn't even moving!!!!! They workers were taking their "precious" time and didn't seem to care how long they make the customers wait. Then when I pull up to the menu to get my order taken they don't answer until 10 minutes after I pulled up.Finally someone took my order but says their only doing cash only and this has happened almost everytime I come up their around night time. So when I told him my order he got it wrong. When I finally pull up to the window he gonna ask me "what did I order" how professional right!!!! You should know what I ordered so I had to read my order back to him and it was wrong. Then it took 5 minutes for him to take my money and give me my change back then I wait another 10 minutes to get my food. After waiting forever for my food he hands me 1 little bag with the mess up burger and that's it!! I asked him we're the rest of my food was and he said "what?" So I wasn't even going to be given all my food if I haden't said anything and I never received my drinks. The guy clearly doesn't know how to do his job! So I get home and the food was awful!! The food was cold it was made poorly and just thrown on the bun the fries weren't even cooked all the way nor seasoned and they put 2 top buns on my burgers and the patties were old and nasty!! This morning I decided to take my son for breakfast of course old Mcdonald is a treat for him. I am disgusted how the manger acted. We decided to go through the drive through due to the weather, raining and cold. Mind you a $1.00 unsweet tea will not break the bank and its something that usually would not get my blood boiling but when my 4 year old son is in the car please have a little respect Mcdonald Manager. First you could tell that something was not right but instead of kindly telling me that Mam we did not get an unsweet tea on your order would you like to add one? I would have been more than happy to pay $1.00 to get the tea. However she proceeded to tell me in the most unprofessional way that I did not pay for the tea while slamming the window in my face. Honestly was in shock and my son even noticed something because he is trying to figure out "why the mean lady didnt give mommy tea?" so needless to say thank you Mcdonald Manager at 7:00 on 10/15 for me having a life lesson with my son about not letting little things like tea get the best of you that everyone might be struggling with things in life but you should never take them out on others just because your having a bad day! I hope you have a better day Mcdonald Manager and just a heads up there are sometimes little eyes watching in the backseat of you drive...
