Ive never had such a hard time ordering a pizza. What started it out was that i was sent the wrong pizza. They ran out of thin crust so they just sent me a regular hand tossed without asking if that was ok or calling me. They just made a pizza and sent it to me. So i called and complained and left customer service a message. Manager of the store said ok ill give you $10 in credits. I said the pizza i ordered was $15 dollars! I didnt get the pizza i ordered. That doesn't sit right with me. She irritably says fine I will give you $15 credit for the pizza. I said thank you and ended the phone call. A few weeks later, i wanna get a pizza. I call the store to place an order using credits and i am transfered to the stores direct line. Someone answers and hangs up immediately. I call back and this time the manager answers. When I ask to use my credits, and how much i had. It turns out she straight up lied to me and only put $5 on my account. I still placed an order and held my tongue cause id rather have pizza than deal with it. Then, that order gets canceled without any notification at all. I only found out because it was taking a while. I checked the door dash link they sent me which said Order Canceled call store. When I tried to place my order again they said they where out of thin crust. I placed the order by phone through the manager the first time so shouldnt they have already known if they didn't have the dough to make thin crust? Why did they let me make the order? Why are they still running out of thin crust dough weeks after seeing they aren't preparing enough? I find it hard to believe that the manager is fumbling the ball that much, so is the manager just retaliating against me for calling and complaining and emailing customer service? I would be willing to bet that I lost those $5 in credits when my order was canceled too. Avoid this pizza...
Read moreI wish there was a zero rating. I used to order pizza hutt to be delivered all the time but the last 2 times I've ordered something went extremely wrong. The most recent time I ordered it said it would be about 35 minutes. An hour later I called the store and they said they don't have drivers and doordash refused the order so my options were to pick it up, try to resend to doordash and hope they'll accept it, or get store credit. I asked if I could just have my money back and he said since it was sent to doordash it's out of their hands and I can only get store credit. The issue with this is the PREVIOUS time my pizza was delivered 2 hours late and they said they gave me store credit but it never appeared. When I called on that the lady said it would apply at checkout, well it didn't and I ended up spending my own money when I expected to use store credit. I don't think I'll give this pizza hutt any more chances. Don't get me wrong, the guy who answered the phone this last time was nice and all but it's irritating that they don't pay attention to make sure delivery orders get out and they can't give your money back so you're stuck trying to use store credit on another order that's going to go wrong anyway. UPDATE: I finally got my pizza but the doordasher said I owed about $12. I called the store and the manager tried to blame it on the dasher saying she picked up the wrong order. I checked it and it was the right order. After going back and forth with him on speaker so the dasher could hear, he finally admitted he didn't enter the credits correctly on the order and told her to give it to me. The poor girl had to call doordash to figure out what to do on her end because the screen wouldn't clear without her...

Ordered a pizza online and it said 15 minutes. Waited 10 minutes and left my house about 5-7 minutes away, walked in and heard the girl at the counter telling someone it would be 7-8 minutes if they ordered them because the oven takes that long. I thought, ok cool then my pizza should be ready. My turn at the counter and I hear the same thing, pizza is in the oven and should be 7-8 minutes. Here we go. I wait around 20 minutes and see what looks like my order get out into the heating cabinet next to the counter but they don't tell me so I assume it's not mine. The lady who had ordered before me walked back in from her car and asked about her order and was told her pasta was going to be another 3 minutes. There was another guy who had come in shortly after me and went back to his car because it wasn't ready yet, they told him they would bring it out at that point, but when he camee back in they checked the heating cabinet and it was there. I decided to find out if my order was there and sure enough, it was the one in the heating cabinet and they just didn't tell me. Paid for the order and left with the pizza. Got home and after all they they can't even cut the thin crust pizza all the way through so I have to cut it myself. Just the icing, obviously, but overall disappointed in the service and the pizza. If they were slammed I'd get it, but it sure didn't seem like it. Pizza tasted fine, thus the 2 stars...
