From the warm greetings at the door to the personalized attention throughout, your team goes above and beyond to create a dining experience that truly stands out.
Whether I'm flying solo or with friends, I can always count on the Rustys staff to make my time memorable. As a student, your establishment has become my go-to spot for a perfect blend of productivity and enjoyment. Opening up my laptop while sipping on your amazing margaritas has become a cherished routine. The personalized touch from your staff is truly noteworthy. It's evident that they invest the time to remember preferences and ensure that each visit is tailored to the individual. This level of attentiveness creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back week after week.
Beyond the fantastic food and drinks, it's the welcoming environment cultivated by your staff that sets Rustys apart. Your family-based team has mastered the art of making patrons feel like family. I want to give a special shout-out to Ivan, Rebeca, and Megan. These exceptional individuals not only remember my orders but also take the time to inquire about my day, family, studies, and overall life. Their genuine interest and warmth are the primary reasons I continue to choose Rustys.
In my opinion, the success of any restaurant hinges on its staff, and Rustys is a shining example of this principle. The dedication, friendliness, and professionalism exhibited by your team significantly contribute to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience.
Thank you for creating a space that feels like a home away from home. I look forward to many more memorable...

Read moreI know this place it's highly rated, and that's why we decided to try it, but I can only taste off my/our experience tonight, and my son would tell you I'm being generous. The good: tater tots, queso, and the pico (that was on the nachos). The bad (pretty much everything else) : m'lady had nachos with ground beef and chicken, and all the meat was overcooked and dry, some to the point it was like bacon or jerky ; the chicken was overcooked in my son's quesadilla, tho the cheese wasn't even fully melted in parts (and the quesadilla didn't taste great overall) ; my green taco had a good portion of avocado on it, but all in one chunk, and the brisket on it was overcooked, dry, and rubbery in some shreds. My surf and turf taco had same issue but worse, and the whole taco was cold, including the tortilla(which was also hard in a spot and rubbery through the rest of it); the loaded queso was good, but brisket also overcooked and rubbery, plus it was left as shredded, so difficult to eat without making a mess (usually you would chop brisket for queso, so it's not tangled up and pulling the entire knotty blob of meat aaand cheese with every bite). I wish I could say we enjoyed it, but our experience was horrible and left a literal bad taste...
