Placed a mobile order for a pretzel, mozzarella sticks, medium tater tot, double bacon cheeseburger and diet Dr Pepper. I got the burger, mozzarella sticks and drink but the pretzel was very dark, greasy and squashed. No marinara sauce and only 6 tater tots and a single fry of the medium tots. I used the intercom to let staff know that I was not okay with this order and asked to speak to a manager. A young girl came out claiming to be the manager, no name tag wearing what looked like a carhop uniform. She asked me what was wrong with my order. I showed her the pretzel, the tots and told her about the marinara sauce. She said that I had to order the marinara sauce it doesn’t come with it. (Which on the app indicates, “what’s on it- MARINARA SAUCE”) As she marked on the ticket of my order she said she could remake or refund the tots & pretzel and that they were out of marina. I handed her the bag and asked if they could remake the whole order, I didn’t even look at the burger I was only expecting dissatisfaction. I didn’t think my daughter should have to sit and watch me eat while we waited. I was also hoping for a satisfying hot meal. The “manager” refused and said that she didn’t make the food so this was not her fault. I replied, “so, you’re the manager but yet you refuse to own up to your store?” She continued by saying, I was disrespecting her. At that time I was done with the conversation and asked for a full refund, took the receipt off the bag and handed the bag back to her. With my arm stretched fully outside of my window I asked “will you please take this?” She responded, “no I will not.” I took a breath and sighed, opened my hand and let the bag drop to the ground at which she yelled at me “wow, what a great example you’re setting for your daughter.” I didn’t drive away, I remained at the stall while calling the number on the receipt to complain. I reported the situation, I was offered coupons that could be used at a later date with purchase or have someone call me back. I chose to have someone call me back. Subsequently, I have received a full refund but it’s been a week later and I have yet to receive a response. I even spilled out the online survey to no avail. Not being a rash person, I didn’t take photos as “proof” or “record anything” because honestly, I didn’t expect this type of service nor to have to escalate to such means. In a world of over-zealous customers and improper food handling I am appealing to you in the most decent manner I can. I know I am not owed anymore than I pay for but please tell me quality food and excellent customer service is not a thing...

My fiancé asked for a slush and, again in a very rude tone, she said “we can’t do that” with no other explanation. When my fiancé asks what she meant (she could have meant the flavor, drinks all together, or their machine not working) she answered in the most condescending tone and spoke slowly like we were idiots and only then explained their machine was broken. So my fiancé tried to order me one of the new snowball floats but he didn’t know it was a slush so he ordered it and asked if it was. She AGAIN in the most condescending tone and slowly as if we were idiots, replied “nope. it’s a slush so we can’t do that” to which my fiancé replied that he didn’t know which is why we asked and she didn’t even reply so we just pulled out of the spot and left. Read moreWe came Monday evening time 8:15pm - ordered 2 #4 with large tots, corn dog wacky pack meal with tots, honey bbq popcorn chicken, and a #1 with fries and drinks. Drinks were fine but the food was not like it normally is at this location for us. After placing our order we waited about 20 minutes with only 3 cars in the lot all the way around. The food we ordered then came and it was ALL cold. The tots and fries also looked like they had sat for some time. The bacon cheese burger toasters (#4) were cold and the toast bread was super hard and dry. We had a total of 2 large tots, 1 small tot, a fry and a corn dog and asked for ketchup and they only brought us 3 packets for several orders of tots/fries.
