Ah, Bubble Well, another establishment for the peasants to indulge in their pedestrian taste for bubble tea. However, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. While it may not quite reach the heights of Kung-Fu Tea, it still manages to hold its own.
One thing that really stood out to me about Bubble Well was the balance of flavors in their drinks. While still quite sweet, it didn't overwhelm the senses quite as much as other bubble tea shops tend to do. It shows a level of sophistication that one might not expect from such a lowly establishment.
As for the toppings, the coffee jelly was quite good, though not quite up to the level of Kung-Fu Tea's popping coffee bubbles. However, it's still a solid choice and adds a nice depth to the drinks.
Overall, I would say that Kung-Fu Tea and Bubble Well are about on par with each other. They each have their own strengths and weaknesses, but ultimately they provide a similar level of experience for the discerning bubble tea connoisseur. So if you happen to find yourself in the company of peasants who are clamoring for bubble tea, you could do far worse than to give...
Read moreLove this place!!! But, wasn't a fan when I wanted boba plus a second topping half and half strawberry pops and lychee jelly, and when I asked if I could not pay for 3 toppings (since I only wanted the amount of two) the guy mansion plained that they charged for each scoop of topping. ( Like yes I get that, and I know it can be annoying to have to do 3 which is why I only asked since they weren't very busy.) also if they charge full amount for inconvenience that's fine, I just wish it was explained to me instead of a blankly staring at me and stating what was already clearly labeled on the menu. I said to just forget it, and when we got our drinks he ofc made sure to explain how to shake the drinks like we were infants. (I worked in a boba shop for 3 yrs, I get you have to tell people but tone and delivery matters.) not a big deal will still go back ofc just frustrating in the moment and he was probably having a bad day. Drinks are still good, and order...
Read moreThis is my third time visiting this place, second time this week. I noticed the price for my Pineapple lemonade was slightly higher than what’s listed on the wall, so I asked for the lower price to be honored. The man who was working, snidely said he will honor the price it range up for, I asked for a manager and was told he only works days. I was offered an email to contact him, but declined, I was told the manager is not able to be contacted by phone. I told the lady to remove my drink from the order and asked him for his name (which he refused to give). He then proceeded to be unprofessional with his comments so I cancelled the entire order. I will not spend my money with merchants who do not have any respect for me. I will go to Aliboba or BBiBBi as long as he’s working here.
If I allowed employees to represent my business like this man did, I wouldn’t be in business much longer. We will not patronize this business and will...
