I bought a Pink Drink for my daughter. It was delicious and she drank it. Once she was done we saw that the entire cup was fully of ice and therefore there was very little drink. My daughter told barista, "A", about her drink and the barista said, "That is just how they are made." My daughter asked a second barista and the second barista told my daughter that she, my daughter, should have come back sooner before she completed her drink. All my daughter wanted was some more drink for which she paid $6.00.
My questions to Starbucks's management is A) Where is the customer service? B) Why would you treat an 11 year old so callously? C) Where is the understanding such policies are illogical and harmful to your overall bottom line.
I have been a multi-decade customer of Starbucks, and I admit that I have not been coming to Starbucks often in the past several years because the quality of the product is not good, especially their coffees. This is another instance of Starbuck letting their customs down, and I have seen them do this to other customers at this and other Starbucks and the customers have been less than pleased. Read moreWe just moved to the area and have been using this starbucks as it’s the closest one to us, however the last 4 times i’ve been there’s been something wrong with our order and either is only partially corrected or still not made correctly. today we went through the drive thru and they had trouble paying us out so they had to re-ring the order on the front computer, however they overcharged and rang up a bacon wrap instead of the spinach feta wrap i ordered and received. also when we got the drinks one was supposed to come with no whip and when it was “remade” they just scraped it off and it was still partially on top and in the middle of the drink. i don’t normally leave bad reviews or reviews in general but there’s always something wrong with our order at this location so ill just go a little further and use a...
Read moreThis Starbucks has been out of cold brew on multiple occasions. They have been closed when I drive through more times than I can count. I will come on my way to work and there is just closed signs up. Electric out, water out, or absolutely no reason at all.
