Update: I sent an email to the support email from the owner response to see if they will refund me what I spent on the veggies. If they don't I will be contacting my bank. I do not want to physically come by your truck and order again, I just want my refund! ----------- They charged me $14 plus tax (total of $15.16) for a shrimp entree, which is supposed to come with mixed vegetables and two sauces. Instead I was given a bowl of shrimp with no mixed veggies and one sauce container, which is supposed to be $11. When I came back to ask where my mixed veggies were the rude guy at the front asked me how much I paid. I said around $15, including tax. He said that's the price of a bowl of shrimp and if I got it with mixed veggies then it would have cost around $20. He said I ordered a bowl of shrimp. Uhhh no sir you are wrong and you clearly don't know how to count. $15ish is the price for an entree that is supposed to come with mixed veggies per the menu!! I was confused and wanted veggies so the cook said he'd make me veggies, but the second cashier charged me a SIDE of veggies which ended up being an additional $4.50 plus tax (total of $4.87). I am so upset that I was charged for an entree price of shrimp and got a bowl of shrimp instead, then had to pay extra for veggies. I will be disputing this with my bank, you scammers!!

The food was pretty good! I got the marinated filet mignon with fried rice entree. The price really isn’t that expensive as other reviews say, unless you get the waygu, but you can’t blame the restaurant for the price because that cut of meat is expensive anywhere you go. The portion was enough for two people, my boyfriend and I shared the meal and we still had a little left over. The only issue I had with it is that the filet mignon was not marinated as the name says, it just tasted like meat. That’s the only reason I’m giving it a 4 star review. The sauce made a huge difference, I really liked the cream over the hibachi. I personally don’t like egg yolk so maybe the fried rice wasn’t the best idea for myself. My boyfriend loved the fried rice though. The vegetables were okay, it was mainly zucchini but I’m not complaining because it was at the bottom of the container so I didn’t really notice it. The employees working were very nice and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend this place and I probably will be back again, I might not get the filet mignon though.

I've been eating at the food truck here for years and there's been so many changes along the way. I was excited to try the Bryan St location last night and it was actually pretty amazing. I ordered from both there and from the food truck as well online. I loved the vibe of the entry way with the fountain. It was clean inside and although it's a smaller dining area, it was still cozy. I was able to take pictures of pretty much everything indoors before someone actually came out to greet me though so they need a bell or something to let them know they have customers. I will say I bought a boxed water last night and it tasted a bit off. As weird as it sounds it had a "kitchen" taste to it. Like the box itself is absorbing the smell of the kitchen. I didn't like that. I hate that the portion of veggies has gone down so much that there is almost none in there. I literally had four small pieces of zucchini, two of the tiniest mushrooms and a few normal pieces of carrots mixed in with the thinest pieces ever. Overall I preferred the restaurant over the truck last night. The truck had a caked on layer of sauce when I took out the containers of sauce and that was unexpected. I also don't think the $3 for hibatchi rice is justifiable. Your adding sauce to the rice on the grill. My family has personally for years delt with your many new employees making the hibatchi rice incorrectly. Making the hibatchi rice is something all or your new employees have the biggest struggle with getting correct as is and charging three dollars for something you know people who work for you struggle to get correct is insane. Especially after knowing people have told you that in the past...

I ordered two chicken entree’s with two ginger sauces each on Saturday night. Was told our food would take about 20-25 min until it would be ready. At 45 min our buzzer had still not gone off so my boyfriend went to check on our order and they said they were boxing it up. 20 min after that our food was finally ready. However we received the WRONG order. We received a chicken entree and a shrimp entree with two hibachi sauces each. My boyfriend went back to switch out the sauces and shrimp entree, and was handed the exact same sauces and told it would take another 10 minutes. After finally receiving the correct order and sauces, an hour and a half later, we were barely given a sorry. We understand that it is peak hours on a Saturday night, but it is when workers repeatedly tell customers that it will be a 20-25 minute wait, and then could care less whenever orders take 5 times the given time AND are incorrect on top of that (causing ADDITIONAL waiting time). I’m 24 years old, I’ve never left a review in my life but this is absurd. I’m so disappointed and sadly will not...
