BRAVO CAFFE — Restaurant in Denver

What a great shop! And they have Cafe con Leche! 24oz was exactly what I needed this morning. Coffee was not burnt and smooth. Just the right amount of sweetness— I don’t like overly sweet coffee. Coffee is full body and with robust flavor. Husband got a caramel latter iced - and his too is toast. Besides coffee they also have pan dulces with mini conchas and other tasty treats they said were from a local bakery. They also have a variety to fruit drinks that look so good for a hot summer day! Well, this place is a certain surprise for the area. Sort of like finding a real diamond at a pawn shop. This place is like a blend of coffee shop, and mexican inspired foods. Not a usual combination, but it does it well.

It was occupied quite a bit, but everyone's conversations were quiet to a point you can eavesdrop on everyone's gossip. So quiet, in fact, the music playing can easily be heard, too.

This is a fantastic little coffee shop and a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. The service is great and so is the food. And the coffee? Easily some of the best I've ever had. I'm not sure if it's due to the beans, the roast, the brewing technique or some combination of the above, but everything from their "basic" drinks (such as the Americano) to the fancier options have bold, rich, and balanced flavors. I seldom visit coffee shops more than once or twice, but I plan on coming back to Bravo...
