Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Denver

I'm only giving 2 stars because the employees were friendly and my order was correct. The supervisor tonight on the other hand would get zero. I've managed enough fast food restaurants as well as other businesses to know this guy needs to pick a different career path. The way he spoke to what seemed like new employees and insulted them was not what anyone should hear as they pull up to the drive through window. Not to mention that when there was a minor discrepancy with my order, he came over and rudely intervened when the young man helping me was already resolving it. He leaned out the window and aggressively said "what do you need?!" As if I was the inconvenience. I explained I was missing a drink and this under qualified supervisor told me I was already given all my drinks from the young man that was helping me.. nice try buddy, I can count to 5 and your drink carriers only hold 4 so I'm clearly missing my 5th drink. I've been a customer here for many years because the service has always been exceptional so I'm hoping tonight was just a...

I just bit into the cheesy potato I just ordered from this location and when all I could taste was tortilla, I opened it up and had to snap a photo of this atrocity of a product Taco bell is providing their customers. (See photo). I called and asked to talk to the manager and the manager answered and did not even state his name. He did offer to replace the burrito but did not apologise. I do not want to nor should I have to drive all the way back out there just to receive the product to i payed them for. Taco Bell should offer to pay for our gas if I have to drive out their twice for 1 product. The staff wasn't even friendly. The girl at the window looked terribly unhappy and she didn't even suggest that I have a good day.

The team that operates around 1500 mountain standard time is not on their A game I would avoid this location during that time...

When I say that I've been to damn near every fast food joint and sit down restaurant in the Denver Metro area, I mean it. You know what will keep me coming back to a place? When I get incredibly outstanding service from people like Abel at this location. This guy had the best personality while ordering. I could talk to him like he was a good friend and he rolled with it. Guy is an ace and I guarantee with his drive and personality, he'll be doing great things in life.

This location has been having great service with the food too. They always get the order right. They ask what sauce you want and never miss. Food comes out hot and it's that Taco Bell hitter done right, so it's delicious.

I gotta say, this is a place to go when you're feeling the hunger after work and are too tired to cook.
