Crumbl — Restaurant in Denver

I’ve never seen a crumbl location with 2.8 stars. It is well deserved though. Employees here more interested in talking than helping. Slapping cookies on cookie sheets like they could care less. We found a piece of black matter in our cookie- so we drove to Greenwood Village and it was a HUGE difference! Employees there were kind and cookies were EXACTLY as they should be. This location needs a complete overhaul. We did pay again to have the cookies made at Greenwood Village but corporate also took care of us later! See the photos for the noticeable difference! Littleton Location Cosmic Brownie- they didn’t put the icing on all the way Chocolate chip- shape is off as mentioned in another review Tres Leches- Why does the strawberry look nasty and like it was sitting in water? The mark on the cookie is from where my wife scraped a black piece of matter off the cookie to see what it was- we have no idea

Terrible customer service and policies. I submitted an order through the app in order to make sure they had the cookies I wanted when I arrived. I got a notification that my order was ready so I drove over there. Upon arrival, I was told they didn’t have any of my cookies because they sold out with the customer who just left the store. This was an hour after my order was marked as ready. When I inquired further, I was told they don’t set aside cookies for online/app orders. What the heck is the point of allowing orders then?? I couldn’t blame them for selling out if I just walked in randomly, but they confirmed my order was ready and waiting.

Overall, the quality of the cookies has dropped the last six months, and I’ve twice gotten cookies that were made incorrectly and still sold. These cookies are way too expensive for poor quality and bad customer service!

Edit - I added a photo of a family style dessert I got recently. It looks so haphazard! They put very little care and effort into making it look appetizing. I stand by my opinion of this being one of the worst...

This is the worst location. Don't waste your time or money here. They have nothing but silly teenaged girls working there who have no clue what it means to be professional or act appropriately on the job. I ordered a curbside pickup on the app. I arrived on time and checked in with the app. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for NO ONE to bring me my order. In that 20 minutes there were no customers in the store. The silly girls were laughing and dancing and not paying and attention to what was going on and walked out of the store TWICE to take selfies!There wasn't a manager, supervisor, or adult to be found. There is nothing wrong with hiring teenagers. Just don't hire ditzy irresponsible ones. ChickFil A doesn't seem to have a problem. Drive to another location. You'll be happy...
