I don't understand how this place stay in business. Went to pick my food I literally waited 20mins to get helped, where there was 4 worker literally seen me several times and decided they just want chit chat instead helping customers. After 25 mins waiting one of them decided come up, really 25mins later When she came up, first thing she said WHAT YOU WANT I started laughing, wow. I asked for a manger she said she said I am the manger, and I asked what is it that took so long to help me and where, everybody seen me standing There, she said why did your feet hurt standing there. This is worst place get your pizza nothing but kids work there just wanting a paycheck really SAD. They need proper training and have better customer service. One more thing after I paid, the manager literally threw pizza on counter & told me leave. Like I said kids.........
I also want to get Food Health department to get this place check out. It's nasty and dirty, I was watching them making pizza in back with out gloves, gross...... I spoke to Health Department and they will be checking this place I can't wait to see what kind violation they have.. It's sad no one or manger likes to response the customers...

Delivery was on time but our order was wrong. It was one regular pepperoni pizza and one pepperoni thin crust and they forgot the buffalo ranch dipping sauce. I called the store directly and the young man has no idea how to pull up my order. He asked for my name 3 or 4 times and I has to spell it out each time. Nothing. He asked for my last name, nothing. I offered to provide the order number and he said that wouldn't help him locate my order. He asked my twice what was wrong with my order but seemed confused on how to correct the issue. After a 10 minute call, he offers to get my name and number which I had to repeat 3 times for him to repeat it correctly, and then tells me he can provide me with a credit on my next order or I could drive to the store to pick up a corrected order. Mind you, we're still on restricted lockdown and it wasn't my error in ordering. I got off the call very frustrated and feeling a sense that my call fell on deaf ears.    Read moreHot and Ready is just a slogan. I've been waiting almost 30 minutes for my one pizza with bread when I was told about 5 minutes. There is nobody really working today, on a Sunday evening. No apologies or telling anyone their honest time. No manager even around to speak with. Definitely not the first time I've been through this at this location. I'd stick with the delivery stores. đ
Edit to add: I spoke up of the 10 customers in the store and they couldn't even tell us what went wrong and had no manager to speak with or number to give out. It took a lady to see her pizza being put in (she got there before me) to request her money back and they fought over who could do it. There was a "manager" who couldn't talk to anyone and yelled at the workers saying they were embarrassing theirselves and to take care of it. Little did they know the day I had and what it really means to their customers to have a "hot and ready" or quoted five minute wait. It means something in your day went well and efficiently...
