Went in around 5:13pm on a Wednesday and ordered 2 cold subs and three hot subs, shop was pretty busy so I figured it would take a little while but I didn't mind so after I paid I waited for my order,then waited,waited and waited some more. As the dinner rush came and went I looked down and 30 mins had passed so I went up to see if it was done and they did not realize it or what. Then as the two employees working the grill bickered with who I am assuming is the manager he promptly came over and apologized for the wait and gave me some free sub coupons. Nice I thought, however after another ten mins I was again stuck watching as over 20 orders went through with no word on mine. Another approach by the man I assume is the manager later he again apologized for the wait time and went to go talk with the two workers on the grill, he returned took my receipt and promised me a refund for the part of my order that I was waiting on which was three sandwiches worth. Another ten minutes and finally the order is done the man I assume to be the manager whose name is Sebastian who refunded my order and again apologized for the inconvenience. I cannot say I was impressed by Jersey Mikes, I was on the other hand impressed with the professional excellence...

PREVIOUS COMMENT: I would say put meat on your subs. For the price you charge you can easily get 3 times the cold cuts at any other sub shop. I can't imagine you succeeding at those prices and tiny portions. I really felt ripped off. PREVIOUS COMENT - My first visit to Jersey Mikes. I hesitate to give one star. If you like a bread and lettuce sub this is the place to come. The meat and cheese was sliced so thin you could see through it - thinner than paper. Ham, provalone and salami and it was see through and all the same pale color. My girlfriend and I were laughing, you could barely see the meet when you took a bite. This after the counter guy said the meat portions were large. We weren't laughing at the price however - $13.50 for one bread and lettuce sub. Their profit margins must be massive!! And it looks so good on TV. First and last visit for us. Go to Subway. Much much better. They actually put meat...

I’m a doordash driver and I will never come to this location specifically because of one employee there. I don’t know his name but I came in today at 2:15 to pick up an order and there was a gentleman with long hair and one with a beard; they were working hard along with the woman there. But the baby face dude always has a rude attitude every time I come in. The orders are always 15-20 minutes late and he will never give me an ETA on when the food is gonna be done. So he has no respect for my time and he’s rude. I understand y’all are busy but my time is valuable just like yours. But it’s the fact of how rude he was and how he kinda just stood there and was shadow boxing on the line while everyone else worked. I will always avoid this location because of him.
