I am posting my complaint here as Taco Bell has yet to respond.
42977B Ordered a Mexican Pizza and Chicken Quesadilla. I waited in my car in the drive thru at the actual window for 7 minutes before I received my food. 7 minutes and the location was NOT busy. You had 3 people on staff from what I could tell. Two Latinos (male and female) and 1 African male (Majok K per receipt). I speculated Latino as Majok was speaking in Spanish talking about something costing $100.00 (this should indicate how long I was waiting for my simple order - please note the window was closed for this entire time) They laughed and joked while I CONTINUED to wait for my food. When Majok FINALLY came to the window - I said I would like 4 hot sauce packets. Majok said it's $4.50. I said no 4 packets. He responded w/ "Aint you gonna pay it's $4.50. I told him to place the packets in the bag and to double check because the charge is $14.50. "Okay $14.50 but you need to pay." I gave him a twenty. He then explained about how I needed to pay. When he gave me change, Majok gave me $4.50. He had shorted me a dollar as my change should have been $5.50. I was too frustrated to even ask. Mexican Pizza was cold with only some of the cheese melted 42977B
42977B I wish to add to my previous complaint - why was I forced to wait an excessively long time. Why were 3 employees joking and playing around instead of just making the food. Why was Majok unable to count or distribute change correctly? Please watch the video and ask "Why did this order take so long - was it intentional or the standard practice of the team for this am shift? Working in customer service myself, I would NEVER allow employees to delay service to a Guest or customer. I would like a FULL refund for what I paid for please. ...
Read moreI had the worst experience tonight. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Never go to this Taco Bell. You couldn’t pay me enough to ever come back here.
I placed an order for lobby pick up. When I arrived there was construction at the main door. I went around to the other entrance. And it was locked. I went back to my car and tried calling the store. No one answered. I tried a couple times and no one ever picked up. I went to go into the drive through. After 10 minutes waiting, I got a text saying my order was ready. I left the line in hopes that I would be able to easily grab it. I knocked on the main door. And they then let me in the side door.
The employees all yelled at me saying the lobby was closed. I explained that I placed it for lobby pick up and that I tried calling but no one answered. I also said there was no sign on the door. They said there was a sign saying the lobby is closed- but it was in the very top corner that you couldn’t see past the construction tape.
If the lobby is closed there should not be the option to pick up at the counter.
The sign saying the lobby was closed needs to be in a more accessible place.
They eventually gave me my food and said I should have waited in the drive through. And that I’m not the only person needing to be helped and that I’m not special for having an order.
After multiple employees yelling at me- resulting in me crying. 1 employee apologized- the rest gave me dirty looks the entire time.
After bringing my food home (5 minute drive) I discovered that every item was cold and made wrong. The soda was low on syrup so it was undrinkable.
I asked for items without meat and all of those items...
Read moreI have never had such bad service IN MY LIFE. I placed a mobile order, and went to the drive thru to pick it up. When I arrived to the speaker (after 5+ min of waiting already) I was told that they couldn't do mobile orders because their system was down. I said that I had already paid for the order, and asked what to do next. I was just told "call the 800 number". No apologies, no refund, no food. Waited another 10 minutes to get to the window (no way to leave the line at this location) where I asked a "manager" right at the window if I could get the phone number. I was blatantly ignored several times before she told me that she "didn't have it" and that I could just figure it out. I asked for another manager, and was given one after some back and forth that there wasn't another (guess he magically appeared?). This second "manager" also does not have the corporate number, and instead says "what do you want? $20? $40?" We say well yeah, we'd like our money back. He then proceeds to take a $20 bill right out of the register (pretty sure that's not okay?) and hands it to us (less than what we paid, too). He then says "I'll be contacting corporate to make sure you actually made a mobile order". What the hell does that mean? An accusation of scam? I feel like I just got accused of trying to rob a Taco Bell! Also, I thought he didn't have the corporate number? What a joke. I am so offended and disgusted. I tried to go inside and ask for the general managers information, but doors were locked (no notice on the door) and they won't answer...
