This store has really gone downhill overtime. I have been shopping here since it opened, and never had issues selling anything at the north field location. After the experience at the new location in park meadows I don’t think I will ever go back. The employees were very rude, didn’t offer any kinds of customer service nor help for anything. I brought in a few items that had original tags, and were all dead stock. I don’t understand how you work at a street wear shop and don’t even know how to authenticate anything, and just tell people their stuff is fake, and looks off as they compare to a whole other item not even the same one online. When asking what they were seeing, they couldn’t even tell me what was off. I was also told they couldn’t find this item anywhere online, but after a quick search on stockX I found it no issue. They asked what we wanted for it we said our asking price and got a “No” and nothing after that, they didn’t try to negotiate or say their end of the deal. The worker had asked where we got our items from, which we purchased in Cali, and was asked what store, we are not familiar with the area AT ALL, and said we had forgot which store and was told, “ how do you forget where you bought something from.” Which after that kept asking about where we got it from after explaining we really had not remembered. So I decided to take my business elsewhere and the other store I took it to had no issue buying or authenticating. I planned on purchasing a lot of items at this store I came 4 hours away to shop here, but unfortunately due to the workers poor service I will never do business with...
Read moreIn response to the review left by “ssss” i was also present at both transactions. We did not “demand” 150 store credit. And we did not purchase a pair of 150$ shorts for 50% off. We purchased 2 items together valued at 325 with a 23% discount off the total price. Resulting in a total of 250. You haggled with us on the price of both items as a BUNDLE. Not once did you mention the shorts being half off in fact You tried to get more than 75 for the shorts. As mentioned in his review it was heavily implied the discount was spread evenly across both items. We asked for 115$ credit for the shorts as that would have been the discount evenly split across both items. (35$ on 150$ shorts, and 40$ on a 175$ tee, 23% evenly split across the two.) we didn’t demand anything and we didn’t argue at all. It amazes me that you’re lying about this all now. We still spent money in the store afterwards so it’s really not about the $. It’s about not caring about customers and doing bad business. Guy who negotiated/facilitated this should be fired immediately. I have a feeling he was the one who replied to the review. Dudes ego is too huge for being a 60 year old shoe store employee. Won’t accept anything other than what he thinks. Even...
Read moreSucks to write this cause ive been shopping here a long time, and have spent an incredible amount of money here, as well as selling stuff to them. And I really wouldn’t have anything negative to say about the store otherwise. But I Recently had a terrible interaction with the larger Hispanic manager who takes over after andy leaves which quite frankly lost my business. Story goes purchased 2 items, negotiated on price for both of them, (I should mention it is heavily implied the discount was split between the two items, and not ever mentioned otherwise) we haggled for a little and eventually settled on a price. Next day walk back in attempt to exchange both items, one of them doesn’t have a tag so no exchange, totally understandable. BUT then he dumps the entirety of the discounted price on the item elegible for exchange, I question him and he’s incredibly rude and dismissive of me. Basically shuts me down. Claims the item we purchased was on sale(it wasn’t, it was posted at full price, sale ended days ago) on top of the fact he haggled with us over the price of the “on sale” item as if it was full price. Bad ethics is something i really thought id never see here, as every other time has...
