Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Denver

Abysmal customer service. Ordered online, received a stapled bag. When I got home I realized they were missing items. Store refuses to give me back the money for items missing. Avoid this location.

Edit: replying to stores reply: I already spoke with a manager for 10 minutes, and she told me “the only thing we can do is remake it, we can’t refund you.” Ive tried to call to make this right- Ive called the store, I’ve called corporate, (no way to leave a message). I’ve responded in chat for online ordering , and the ‘contact us’ on the website. Why should I be required to do so many steps in order for you to “make this right” So store owner- have my number on the order. Ball is in YOUR court. We wanted to try something new in Denver and this was up the street and it was delicious! Since we'd never been we tried as much as we could without being pigs about it. I had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger which was really good the BBQ sauce had a little kick to it, which made the burger. My wife got the Buffalo Chicken Burger which had a lot of kick to it and was also very well done. The guy told me the Wild Fries were kinda like curly fries but not curly which I laughed at but then it was totally true. The Mac and Cheese side was fantastic and I want to go back to try the Green Chile Mac. The Orange Creamscicle Custard was super unhealthy and amazing, and the Black cherry Lemonade was also great. All that for under $20, we will definitely try to go back...

I rarely throw out 5 starts unless situations exceed my expectation. I wouldn’t waste my time to write this if it wasn’t good!

Story line- 10:35 pm I get denied by Chilis because it’s too late (open until 11). With time I have left I go to Good Times 2 min from home, last option. I say to the speaker at 10:45 “anything easy to make in the kitchen since you’re almost closed?” Curtis was so welcoming and hard working, even with people behind me. What a good guy!
