TLDR for people: can't use kiosk for grab n go because no cashier present, non-existent grab n go service, no communication regarding food timing at kiosk.
To NBB management: To Go/Grab N Go service is slower than Sit Down service. We ordered food at the kiosk, sat down to wait. People sat after us were served before us. There was no person to help with questions at the kiosk, signage said "please see bar"-but that took a while as other customers, seated at the bar, were taken care of first (as it should be because they were there before us). We were looking for fast options for food as we had a flight to catch and thought the grab n go was faster but it definitely was not. We ordered food, almost left. We asked the bar, 5 min was quoted, ended up being closer to 15 min.
No person at the front/to go cashier = hemorrhaging money. We saw 9/9 people leave after approaching the unmanned kiosk for food, in the span of 15 min while waiting for our food. Monday June 30th, 12:30pm -12:45pm. Proof can be found in the security tapes.
Suggestions: -Give an approximate time for food orders at the kiosk screen, because people need to know 1) yes, I can wait, or 2) No, I need to leave/find other options. -A cashier probably does cost money, but having one makes the check out easier than "please see bar for assistance", wouldn't clog up bar service, and you wouldn't lose all that revenue from walk aways (they were holding food they chose but couldn't purchase it, waited about 15-20 seconds for someone, then put it back and walked).
Hope to see improvements in the future, thank you...

Loyal to United to pass through Denver often looking to kill time. On a few occasions I’ve stopped into New Belgium Brewing. You know, the Fat Tire beer people. I’ve tried the bar and table service with service being the key word here. I’m not going to say the staff is rude, just short, and don’t care. Most recently at the bar the goatee guy with glasses took my drink order, because he had to, but did not ask if I wanted any food or upsell my beverage. The bare minimum.
While I chose not to eat here today mainly because I was tended of the lack of service but also because the food is not good. Sure we’re in an airport so I’m not expecting much. My last layover I tried The 303 Burger $21.95. It was ok. Not juicy and the fries were a big disappointment. I’ve also tried to finish the dry Voodoo Ranch Pretzel $15.50. I’d rather have one from a gas station. And lastly I switched it up with the Fat Tire Chicken Sandwich $18.75. Like the pretzel the chicken was dry but by far the best of what I tried.
Lame food from people who don’t seem to care. I’ll walk 20 more gates for...
Read moreThis restaurant is located in the B Terminal at Denver International Airport, near the lower number B gates (between B25 and B36 - I don't remember now). I had their Bacon blue cheese burger (it had a cutesy name that I don't remember, but you will easily identify it) and it was scrumptious and remarkable. It was also a bit pricey ($18.75) but all airport food is high priced these days. This is higher than a sandwich, but if you want something that tastes really good, and not like mushy cardboard, I recommend this restaurant. The burger had some zest added with the blue cheese, and the bacon was thick and tasty, not some shriveled spice oil f dried out overcooked pork. The french fries were also notable, for being crisp and tasty. They were a bit salty, which I personally like, but they are a bar, and are going to serve you salty food so they can sell you drinks. Duh! In any case, I have reasonably high standards, and think you will like...
