Visited here while I was at the airport, and I was shocked by the high prices. We ordered two small mochas and one breakfast bagel sandwich to split, and our total was $30. That's not including the tip, which then put me over $30. That is outrageous, especially considering the quality of the food. The bagel was somehow soggy and rubbery at the same time, and the bacon was limp and pale and dangerously undercooked. My mother couldn't even bring herself to eat it. The only reason I ate mine is because I spent almost $11 on it and didn't want to waste. And no flavor other than the salt of the bacon. Seriously? $10.75 for a sandwich of poor quality? That's literally a scam. I won't order food from there ever again. If you're going to charge those kind of prices, I expect high quality. The only reason my review gets 2 stars is because the coffee was good. The mocha was chocolate-y and the coffee was smooth. But it's still $8 for a small. I'm not sure if the coffee is THAT good to justify that price. You can be the judge. I recommend saving yourself and going to the Caribou Coffee right across the way.

Smells very delicious. The location is quite busy.

Walk up, and server walks away to take a phone call about wanting to work Tuesday and Friday in lieu of the weekend. I patiently waited, but the family of potentially 4 customers, did not. Once server came up, asked me what I wanted, impatiently as if she was the one who was inconvenienced. Placed my order. She walks away and goes back to her phone after setting up the Vitamix. Worker comes up, stands at register for a minute, server stays on phone. Worker looks at me and says, "Must be busy on that phone," shakes his head, and walks away. I heard the blender stop, waited... still on the phone. I ask, "Is my drink ready?" and she replies with a forgetful, "Oh yeah." As she hands me my drink, she asks if I have a receipt! SHE HAD ONE CUSTOMER IN ALMOST 10 MINUTES AND CANT REMEMBER?! Please replace her. No work ethic.

I would not recommend going here, save your money and drink water.

The service was slow, ran out of bagels and only had some dated looking pastries. I ordered a chocolate chip blended drink and it was honestly probably the single worst blended drink I have ever had. I didn’t want caffeine but wanted something too drink that had flavor, and what I got was not that. It was ice, milk, and chocolate chips blended in a blender. The chocolate chips were not blended in well, there was next to zero sweetness, and I got the wrong size.

I waited 18 min before I asked an employee where my drink was and then they made it. I saw several customers behind me get smoothies and other blended drinks before complaining and I received a 16oz when I ordered and paid for a 24oz. I’m kinda glad I got the 16 ounce because I didn’t even finish it because it had no flavor.

The baked almond bear claw I got I was okay but tasted like it was from a grocery store bakery and a day old. Had the taste of preservatives and burnt sugar on top of it tasting old.

If this place wasn’t in an airport to consistently get new customers that do one time purchases, I honestly think it would fail in a...

The mgr who had a heavy accent I believe Spanish was extremely rude during the entire transaction. I asked for her name and she turned her badge around so I couldn’t see it. I said I would call her dist mgr she said she was the dist mgr laughing. I’m calling her corporate office. I was a retail store mgr for years and I always treated my customers with respect. She does not! I got a 15 doller salad and an oat milk. The oat milk was way sweeter than it should have been after taking 1 sip of it. I explained it wasn’t the oat milk I usually have. She reluctantly gave me my money back. As I walked away I returned and asked for my receipt that was never given and she said to stay out of her store and she’s going to call security. I saw security with her as I was leaving the airport. I went up to security and I told her what happened. Then I walked away. The rude Spanish lady was laughing the entire time. Apparently she’s not aware the camera at her place records everything. From what it seems I think she doesn’t like white American women. I have ordered smoothies before from there and she is always rude and standoffish. Today she was ruder...
