50-minute wait for a black drip coffee. I wish I was kidding. I beg for a separate line for simple coffee orders. The agony of watching James (yeah, I'm calling him out) get 10 lattes made, then the barista to finally go to pump the drip coffee, ONLY FOR NONE TO BE BREWED, almost sent me full Karen. I even asked how many did James order after she called his name once again to pick up another batch, and she looked me dead in the eye and said, "All of them." I saw her very soul leave her body in that moment.
I don't blame the one solitary barista for being left to fight this battle alone, while the food area had several staff members working it, but I do direct this at the management that left her to fend for herself. The coffee ended up being just kind of okay.
Also, my friends would like me to add that the iced coffee is not cold brew; it is hot coffee that is then filled with ice. This does not mean much to me, but apparently this is bad. They're fancy, so I...

They sound annoyed when calling your name four times in a row. The iced tea is stored in a large glass container with aluminum on the bottom, and it tasted like I was drinking aluminum tea.
